Place should close. It’s almost derelict.

This place could be a 5 star hotel with the right investors, I love the courtyard area the most , staff went above and beyond to make us comfort

I have stayed her for weeks at a time for work and it’s always quiet, affordable and the staff are great. Shopping and food are close. Great place to stay!

This was a very nice hotel. We were surprised at how much there was. Very nice indoor pool with lounge area. We will definitely be back.

This property needs a deep clean. While the sheets were clean, and the bed was well made, the bathroom door on the inside was filthy and had dirty finger prints all over it, and maybe ketchup? This place could be great it they steam cleaned the carpets and paid attention to small details like stains on lamp shades, fingerprints, etc.

Room door was broken and someone walked into my room while I was asleep.

Our room was fine. Would stay again. This use to be a hugh conference center with all the amenities. Probably have a couple hundred rooms. I would be surprised if more than 20 were occupied. Indoor lighting was at a minimum, most of the lights were off. A/C in the lobby and closed resturant area was not on. Looks more like they are just trying to hang on trying to sell the place.

Kids running up and down the hallways. No extra towels could be requested because the front desk didn’t answer the phone. A call I had to make from my cell because the in room phone was dead. Beds were terrible and pillows were like small lumpy backpacks

My stay overall was good however the air conditioner was very noisy but the room was comfortable except fir someone on the floir kept leaving their dog and it kept whining I felt bad for the dog the continental breakfast was just that the fruit, waffles and cereal but bob evans was right next door to the hotel was was great for dinner I would say overall my stay wss comfortable I would probably book again

My Expedia room reservation was not what they had for me at the Hotel location. Pictures, amenities, and room rates provided on the website were incorrect. Had to haggle at check-in to try and get what I had paid for. Hotel clerk did the best she could to accommodate my needs. Thank you.

Would have rated much higher if there was a decent coffee pot. Had coffee with me but small 1 pot cartridge thing did not allow me to brew anything Also would have been nice to have a microwave

I didnt like anything about the property it was Hot in there the room was very very small the beds were twins Not Queen the carpet was dirty it looked like it had been Condemned it wasn't a good stay and we checked out the next day i was very disappointed

Realized it is not a Quality Inn despite a very similar logo. Started off with a mouse outside trying to get in the main door. The tub spout leaked hot water. The phone in the room didn’t work at all. The next morning, I talked with the front desk about it. They said they would have maintenance fix it or move our room. We were out all day. Upon returning, the bathroom was completely wet bc it was leaking out the shower part all day. Staff dried the slippery floor and gave new towels. I told him the faucet was loud all night and he just said close the bathroom door. I was not offered a room change. The whole room was humid and moist from constant dripping. The third night, we just left and booked a different hotel. I needed good rest before our long trip home. I checked out early and didn’t stay the final night. The halls smell like mold. The indoor swimming pool makes the whole atrium smell like chlorine. I did like the complimentary breakfast. It wasn’t comprehensive but was good. Reception was nice. No room cleaning services were offered. Cleanliness was okay but I kept our luggage zipped and off the floor. The hair dryer was broken.
