Hotel staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. There was a funky smell, but it wasn't terrible. The rooms were clean, but could use some updating. Breakfast had multiple options. Coffee was delicious! Overall it was a good stay for the cost.

Offers breakfast but they were very Froogle with it. Juices were watered down and there wasn't much out of each item offered. So don't let that be your only option first thing in the morning.

Overall hotel was clean but sheets did not appear to have been recently changed. They were not dirty but really wrinkled. Rooms was hot until about midnight, but it was on the top floor too.

I asked to have room service the room was never cleaned, I had to go ask for the clean sheets and they only handed me only one sheet. I had reserve a two queen beds.
I will not add pictures just to be kind to who ever is in charge because it’s horrible service and not clean at all. Dust is everywhere!

Bed terrible, permanent indention where it was slept in. Furniture scratched up and stained in need of repair. Stucco around AC unit coming off wall. Bathroom till had most of grout gone. Base boards and caulking around very dirty. Continental breakfast was gross, something crunchy in eggs.

We stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights and during that time, They never once came into the room to provide new towels or empty Trash. The one time that we asked them to bring us towels and empty Trash, they never did and we had to keep asking for Towels and also there was poor Security. The side door would not lock and was broken. The Breakfast was also not great and it was super greasy. The only thing that we did like was the Pool. One time we went to use the pool an hour after it opened and the door was still locked and we had to let someone know about that. We have stayed here in the past and never had the poor service that we experienced this time
