Property is in a nice area . Outside is clean. Maybe it was the fact we showed up in the evening but the lady that created us wasn’t very friendly. The room was on the upper level. Upon entering the room smelled musty like it had been smoked in at some point. The light shades were absolutely disgusting. When you turn on the light it showed all the stains, and finger prints. The shower and bathtub had a slimy feel. Bed was comfortable in the sheets were clean..

It was good. But I prefer the first floor.

It was very conveniently located for our purpose of trip. Lobby provided water & tea during breakfast and the usual portable bfast items. The room was clean but not sparkly. We had everything we needed.

The door to our room was difficult to close since there was little clearance between the door and the carpet. We were not told that our room would not be cleaned (we stayed 2 nights) and the sheets and towels changed. Other than the front desk clerk, there seemed to be no other staff on site most of the time. The breakfast “buffet” was extremely sparse: there was no juice, bread or bagels and no hot choices, eg oatmeal or eggs. The second morning, the desk clerk informed us that there was no breakfast since she hadn’t had time to set it up. When we asked for compensation, she was extremely rude, and told us it was complimentary and therefore we hadn’t paid for it anyway! Overall our stay was quite unpleasant and we definitely would not stay here again.

If you’re looking for a quick overnight, stay on Bainbridge, nothing fancy, less expensive than anything else we found in the area with a dog, then this place is fine. Clean enough. Quiet enough. Fairly comfortable. Pool is out of order. Did not see that when I signed up for our reservation. Place could use some upgrades and a little TLC.

It was clean, comfortable, and quite. A older building definitely has had improvements, but still feels like a older hotel in lots of ways. There’s no elevator, so one thing to keep in mind. I enjoyed that the room felt roomy and that I could run the fan all night without it shutting off. The evening staff had a very “frank” energy, and the morning staff had a sense of “urgency” but overall not bad bad at all. I really enjoyed the convenience of the location, right next to everything anyone could need.

Pretty impressed

We had a very nice stay. A simple facility where everything was clean. The front staff was particular friendly and accommodating making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fairly basic but still offered a good variety. We would definitely use it again when we visiting Bainbridge in the future. The only disappointment was that the pool no longer existed. The property description on the website was not up to date prior to our departure. Only a minor disappointment for the kids.

On the positive side, it's in a great little area. But the property is rundown and the work that has done on the property to upgrade things like the floor and what not is pretty shotty. They need to throw some money at this property to bring it up to par

This property is a little tired and worn and could use some updates. The air conditioning/ fan in my room was very noisy. The room felt like someone had removed a lot of the original furniture. The continental breakfast was minimal.

I turned up at the hotel a day before because I accidebnjtally booked the wrong date (the next day) on the hotels.com app). THey were busy, but understanding. I spoke to the receptionist, he was nice, but he said I would have to call to try and get a refund from hotels.com, as I'm a fewquent user/customer. I tried to switch the booking to a different Quality inn by SeaTac airport, and they wouldnn't ewven entertain that. They just took my money, even though my family had nowhere to sleep the evening prior, adn made a genuine mistake.

Our window was cracked, the room smelled funny. But the beds were comfortable!

1. Staff put me in a handicap room, and (notwithstanding the Vacancy sign) when I asked to move they claimed there were no rooms available. 2. 8:15 am on a Saturday, the leafblowing man is right in front if my room on full blast. Really?!

Great for us.We will come again. Pricing also very favorable.

The property is decrepit and needs serious attention. Dry rot, run down overall. Property owners are neglecting and not maintaining it, regardless if it is an inn accommodation. Surprised the facility passed a building code for federal of maintenance with serious safety issues. They are primed for a lawsuit

Great location but tucked away. Great, responsive, helpful staff!!

The instruction for free wifi was not straightforward The hotel description says 50MB internet but it is 10MB (or slower). One of the card key did not work. Hotels.com says pet-free but the reception lady said she does not care what Hotels.com says. They declined to change room to pet-free one as they were fully booked but there were only 5-6 cars on the parking lot out of ~50 spaces. Unless all the people traveled without cars, it was not true that they were fully bookes. I will not use them again.

Pool was closed. Wish they would have disclosed it.

It was dated and pool and hot tub not working. Staff were friendly.
