Bed is to hard, area needs better curb appeal

A nice quiet Hotel next to the freeway. Also a decent continental breakfast. Very accomodating staff.

We had a lovely stay, the facility was clean, the employees were accommodating and polite and the rooms were comfortable.

The railway train horns blowing till 10-11 pm was a bit much.

The property was nice, unfortunately there were at least 100 homeless people living around the parking lot. We did not feel comfortable leaving our truck and trailer in the parking lot

The area around the hotel was not the best. Upon checking in there were a lot of people “barbecuing “ on the sidewalk! Not the most inviting. Restaurants around the hotel was limited Breakfast was very good - very good scrambled eggs! I can’t eat a lot of meats -would have been nice to have turkey sausage but I’m a minority on meat and husband said it was very good

It was just as expected. easy check in. clean room. comfortable bed.

The motel was clean and quiet but check in was not good. The woman at the desk was very nice but our keys would not work. Returning to the desk with the keys I found no one there but found a sign saying to ring a bell for service. So I rang the bell, no one came. The sign said if no one came by ringing the bell to use the phone to call someone. So I called about 10 times and then waited again. A while later the out of breath, very nice lady showed up to reprogram the keys. The sign says she is the only person working at this QI and has other duties besides check in. This must happen often as there is a sign telling people what to do. The place was full. At $170 dollars a night they could and should hire more help. I am concerned about the safety of this woman working alone at this facility. I realize they are here to make money but this was ridiculous and unsafe.

A very clean and confortable place. Friendly staff, and very good breakfast. We truly enjoyed our one night stay.. Thank you so very much.
