Decent breakfast, close to amc and stew leonard's, nice staffs.

I would never book this hotel again. As soon as you walk in, it smells like poop. You can also tell they have a little selection of breakfast when you walk in. The pool green, not blue as it should be. I asked for more towels since there wasn’t enough in the room for us and the guy wasn’t too happy at the front to give me some. I noticed there was a stain towel that honestly kind of looked like poop. I hate I didn’t take a picture of it. But I did take a picture of the same stain on the sheets that were there on the first night. Kind of looks like peanut butter which I hope it was peanut butter and not poop. When the housekeeping came in the next morning, I told her to please change it because it was dirty and she was not too happy about it. They said the dryer wasn’t working at the laundry room. For breakfast all they had was a waffle maker, sliced old bread, some banana muffins, and some cereal. They had no juice, no bagels or just your other regular stuff that you see at other hotels and just overall it was not the best experience. Again, I would not book this hotel ever again. So if you’re thinking about staying with your family, do not do so. If you’re here on business and you’re by yourself maybe it’s worth it.

The restrooms were dirty and clogged, the room was not well-maintained, the pool water was green, and the breakfast options were very poor.

Very basic but you get what you pay for I guess. The beds were on metallic bases that boomed when you got into bed. The corridor had an obnoxious smell of smoked stale weed. Breakfast was very minimal and basic too

Hallway smell rooms not the best. No toiletries in bathroom or extra towels. No bathroom tissue. Front desk very nice but everything else gross.

Area around property was good for dining!!

Needs maintenance and hot breakfast is lacking

Decent accommodations for an overnight stay, easy to get to. Need to clean the grout in the bathroom, noticed mold there

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast tht was included was very limited with cold cereal, white bread for toast and a small waffle machine. No coffee unless you have it in your room. I had to go to 7-11 for bottle water. No vending machines. Rooms were neat.

It was fine

The parking spaces are really close together. They only gave us 2 towels at a time (there were 4 of us). The waffle breakfast on Sunday says its open until 10, however, they ran out of waffle mix at 9am. They turned the waffle machine off and that was it. The front desk person wasn't always readily available when we needed towels or when we were checking out. What we did appreciate about this hotel was the room was spacious. 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It was pretty clean, safe, convenient, and quiet! We will definitely stay here again.

Good to stay

On check in I found the "smart card" keys were tricky and went back to the lobby to say I couldn't get the key to work at all. It was sensed by lock flashed red. The clerk gave me key to a different room, and I had trouble getting that one to work but after several tries, succeeded. It seems the key must be held in a particular orientation and location and maybe moved to the lock a certain way. You should make the locks work easier or explain better to guests how to make the fussy mechanism work. The room was in excellent condition as if it was very recently renovated. I approve the floor being smooth laminate instead of carpet. Probably a Covid motivated change. It seems much more clean. It seems bathrooms no longer exhaust the humid air which saves energy but in summer exhausting the air seems desirable. I turned on the heat to warm up the room when I arrived and it didn't have any smell and warmed up the room quickly. the mattress seemed enclosed in a plastic cover. I haven't traveled much in years.Guessed it may be precaution for the scourge of bedbugs I have read about in recent years. I think it a good idea.

Stayed one night and all was good- clean room and friendly staff. Wish there was more coffee available in the morning.

Smoke alarm low battery beeping starting around 5:20am and continued for 10 or 15 minutes. Not only waking us up but driving our dog crazy. Hotel staff seemed indifferent to issue

We should definitely be refunded/compensated.We were on the bottom floor, and there must have been a leak or just no care for humanity because the wall was bubbling and cracked.In our room we had black mold on the ceiling and we also had mold on the back of the desk chair The pool is definitely not heated. The breakfast bar had cheerios all over the place. It smells weird.

The hallway smelled like the rugs were rotten. Fixtures were loose, including the door lock and fire alarm. Asked for pool towels twice and never got any. Had to go to the front desk for bath towels. Breakfast was minimal - cereal and prepackaged muffins. Area was a mess. Desk employee was on his phone having a loud conversation while trash cans overflowed and supplies were empty. Will not go back.

Continental breakfast is limited. Trash was over flowing. Tables left with dry jams, milk, coffee, and maple syrup. I not only had to wipe down our table with hot water from coffee station and napkins, but also a couple of children who were looking for a place to sit. Hotel worker behind counter just yapped on his phone. Cereal all over the place, milk and cream dried on bottom of mini fridge. Waffle mix all over. Prepackaged pastries. Only coffee and milk provided.
