I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Quality Inn on 1/23-1/26. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Firstly, there was no room service provided during our stay, and basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner were not stocked in the room. We had to repeatedly request these essentials, along with extra towels, as only two were provided. However, requesting towels was an unnecessary struggle, as the front desk staff seemed unwilling to provide extras and made the process frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast offered was the worst I have ever encountered at a hotel, both in quality and selection. On top of that, the room itself was outdated and visibly worn down, making for an uncomfortable stay. I understand that this is a budget-friendly hotel, but even at a lower cost, basic hospitality and cleanliness should not be compromised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future guests.

I never give reviews because my feeling is if it was good, then you did your job that’s what you get paid to do. But in this instance, I’m absolutely appalled!!! This hotel is absolute trash, I don’t recommend anybody stay here. I walked into the roomthat had no curtain on it. There was curtain hooks all over the floor along with a condom wrapper. The dresser was pulled out from the wall and the bed look like somebody had already been on it and I have taken pictures to prove so. Needless to say, I did not stay there

Do not pay more than 1 or 2 Benjamin’s here. Pool water was dirty, elevator was sketchy, and breakfast machines to service drinks (water, orange juice, and apple juice) were dirty from the nozzle, and the racks for bakery items. Not going again but it’s a great place to stay for less than 2 hours.

We got to our room and there was mold in the bathroom. We asked the front desk for a different room and again the bathroom had an abundance of mold.

Please do not stay in the hotel. It was dirty and we did not feel safe. The bathroom was dirty and full of hair, the shower curtain rod was held up with duct tape on both sides, there was food in the fridge, there was a huge stain on the curtains, the curtains were being held together with a binder clip, the baseboard was taped together with painter’s tape, and the coffee maker was dirty with left over coffee. The sheets were clean, but the bedspread had a crusty stain. Lastly, the man across the hall was wearing an ankle monitor. The person who checked us in was lovely and the manager was kind and refunded our money since we had paid for a week.

It didn’t look like it was cleaned, as soon as we lifted the comforter there was dirt on the bed, the mattress was really stained, the shower was covered in dirt and didn’t look like it was touched.

I called when I checked it to inform them that our room was absolutely dirty, it was not clean at all and the sheets had stains and makeup on it. We asked to move rooms or even just have the sheets and comforter replaced and cleaned. They said they would, we had to leave to our event and when we got back nothing was done, no one answered our call and the front desk was empty. It was last and I was tired so I had to go to sleep but it was disgusting I am so upset. And no one answeee when we called in the morning after dropping off our key because no one was up front

I arrived to check in. The lady at the desk was on her cellphone speaking Indian I think. She never looked up to acknowledge me or let me know she would be with me. I waited 10 minutes and she never looked up. A gentleman came in and was waiting behind me and she still never looked up. I had someone waiting in the car . I went out to let him know I was still waiting . When I returned to the desk there was 4 people waiting and line. I asked the gentleman if he had been helped and he said no. So I decided to go next door to the hotel right next door and got a room. I paid more money. But I did not know how long I was still going to wait just to get help .

They didn’t have my reservation which was 2 queen beds. Instead they gave me 1 king and said that was all they had. Bathroom floor was not clean had hair all over it.
