Es la segunda ocasion que mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en este hotel, siempre amables, dispuestos a ayudar, te sientes como en casa porque siempre son muy amables, aunque no hablamos inglés siempre han visto la manera de ayudar y de ser hospitalarios.

Love this place but we did get stuck in the only elevator for about 5 minutes. Property is being renovated but elevators should always work. We were lucky to have a employee in the elevator who was able to phone someone immediately.

Property is state of dis/repair lobby, elevator, common ares either closed for renovation or dilapidated. Although the room had been renovated it was a second class job mixing the new and old. The renovation and deficiencies were not disclosed at time of booking

Front of house staff was great, the breakfast staff was very unfriendly (i tried but she just genuinely did not want to chat at all). Breakfast was underwelming but fine. Very disapointed that the pool was closed, we specifically choose hotels based on there being a pool. I understand renos but a pre warning or discount should have applied based on the pool. The location was great for Universal but a little ways for Disney. Shingle Creek Trail is not to far for those wishing to get some pre park running miles in

Hotel wasn’t the worst we’ve ever stayed in but we’ve definitely stayed in better. The front desk staff were very indifferent and there was no notice that we had to pay a $100 security deposit when we booked. The hotel was under construction, which was also not noted on the site. When we got on the elevator, a bug crawled across the floor. The room was clean but the pillows were extremely lumpy, like they were a decade old! Very uncomfortable. They advertised a breakfast buffet, but it was very mediocre. No hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc. like most places have now. The orange juice was watered down, the toaster didn’t toast, and even though we were told coffee was available 24/7 when we went down, the machine was being taken apart and we were told it was unavailable. No coffee in the rooms like most hotels. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very dated and the bathroom plumbing leaked . They moved us to a supposedly new room and there was no closet, dresser, microwave or coffee pot . Also no chairs to sit on. Overall I would never stay at a Quality Inn again. Didn't give anything that was shown on the brochure .

Worse experience ever. Our bathroom flooded badly after taking a shower. So all night we had to waddle in a flooded bathroom in able to use it. Pillows were no pillows at al,l but throw pillows that hurt our necks. We took pics and a video of the bathroom. We even told the front desk host and she just said ok. No is not ok to pay for a flooded bathroom .Never again and would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

I booked this hotel because its had a pool and weight room. Both were closed the entire trip. Very miss leading when you book and hotel diesnt contact you to let you know they will be closed for the days i booked for. Had to find extra things to do with my 2 kids due to this. Unprofessional and not a way to run a business.

Dated but clean.had to call the hotel number to get the front desk. The tv and remotes literally impossible to navigate(no guide, no select button, no identification of what channel you were on and the volume of the sound was too low. The air conditioner was noisy and could never be regulated for comfort. We felt the air quality was poor as a result of this old insufficient ac unit. This got so bad we asked for help and was offered a room that had just gone under renovation.so we packed and moved to another floor and found that to be much better. Still no tv guide but stations were identified on the larger screen. This room looked very clean and updated. Unlike the first room we were able to completely close the window curtain. The elevator was a mess as they appeared to be putting in new flooring. The desk clerks were friendly but you had to call the hotel main number to get their attention. I was very disappointed in our stay. For the price,we did not have very high expectations but this was not even satisfactory.Not a good experience.

Construction taking place. Wasn't informed until arriving. The Pillow's definitely need to be removed, replaced or simply throw away. Due to the tiny size. House keeping chose to knock on the door around 10:00 am. Not polite at all. Let's not forget about a loud barking dog that seemed to be left inside the room for about an hour. Woke us up around 8:00 am. We have decided not to choose this hotel again.
