Nice people, clean, close to cc and downhill skiing. Nice to get in the hot tub after cross country skiing!

Way too overpriced. Iphone garbage from another stay when we checked in. I did not bring it up to the front desk.Because they already made me feel uncomfortable. The hot tub and pool were closed, and I paid almost two hundred dollars a night for this c***** hotel room

Everything was great!

The bed was hard and noisy. The sheets were thin. The "blanket" looked and felt like a poor quality banquet tablecloth. The comforter was thin and too small for the bed. Breakfast was microwaved, powdered, mushy, "eggs" and microwaved, rubbery, sausages. There was one waffle iron, with inconsistently mixed instant waffle batter. If having an included breakfast is part of deciding whether or not to stay here, know that it's very low quality and not worth the increased cost of the room compared to properties that don't include breakfast.

The pool and whirlpool are broke due to pipe each so don’t work and definitely are out dated for the price of the room not worth it

Hotel is rundown, mattresses are uncomfortable, and the rooms need a thorough cleaning. Thankfully, the sheets and towels are clean.

Room was dusty, bottom of toilet had urine on it..people slamming doors yelling down hall, but right by a kwlk Trip

The hot breakfast they offered was great!

The pictures on line of this motel made it look a lot better than it actually was. Disappointed in condition as it was dated and needs an upgrade. That said, the bed was comfortable and the a/c worked.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and clean. Always stay here when in ironwood.

The whole experience was great

Quiet and convenient location. Perfect pool temperature. My only negative is that the hot tub wasn't working properly.

Property does not have an elevator. Not convenient when carrying all your luggage around. The staff was efficient and friendly. Our bathroom had some cracked tile and counter top.

Pool was closed both nights. We booked this hotel because of the pool. Paid a lot for it and it was closed. Never offered to give discount.

All of the above mentioned.
