The bathroom was worn, and not really clean.

Bathroom toilet had the “clean” tag on it, opened it up and there was "stuff" in the toilet. The room wasn’t cleaned either. Maybe a swift vacuum and a fluff of the sheets.

Stayed 4 night. And the power went off at least 5 times. And on Tuesday the 7 th of January .. as of 3:09 p.m central standard time . We have been without power now since9:30 a. m. was not even told the powe was going to be off. ITS GETTING VERY COLD IN HERE.

Sheets and pillow cases were not clean. My pillow smelled like smelly armpits. Glad I brought my own pillow and blanket on my trip. And the breakfast area smells like sewage. Also, the hotel information says free late checkout for up to two hours. The hotel declined to provide late checkout despite what shows on Expedia. I do not recommend this place.

The clerks are nice and the hotel was clean. But when ww checked in there was a odor threw first floor. I recognized it. It smelled like curry heavily. But all in all it was ok.

Convenient and affordable price, specially if you are traveling with pets, they definitely can do better with the cleaning, the WiFi didn’t work and they needed to be attentive with the breakfast

The staff was very friendly and helpful,as far as our stay goes we were disappointed with the quality of the room, the beds were very uncomfortable, not enough pillows and when we called they didn't have any to offer. There was a bright light shining in our window all night and it was very noisy from the outside noise. We slept terrible. Not enough dining options around as advertised either.

For the price of the hotel we can’t complain too much I thought bed was comfortable but husband did not

Got in pretty late but the room we had, had dog hair all over the bed (my girlfriend is alergic btw) . I went down and asked for new bedding and had it handed to me one piece at a time which i had to then carry up and change myself. Ask front counter for a free night in a clean room or atleast a discount. Was told no discount and not even a late check out without an extra charge. Dont ever stay here. NIGHTMARE

It was difficult to get to and find - Google Maps was of no help! We had an accessible room, which was comfortable and clean - but the carpet could use an update - had some wear holes in it. The fold down seat in the tub and around the grab rails in the tub could use some good cleaning - there was some mold around them. Otherwise seemed clean, the breakfast was adequate, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

The nasty, dirty pool was unique

Breakfast was including from 6-11am. When we got there at 8am. There wasn't any left. We just left and buy us breakfast somewhere else.

They lost our reservation even though i showed them i booked it they wouldnt do anything to help fix it

The room itself was not up to usual cleanliness. The shower/bathtub backed up and/or drained slow while also floating back some black debris. This was on the 3rd floor. Lastly the place had an issue running the incorrect card at time of check in. Not asking or assuring us the other card was charged. Manager in the morning was unable to understand or help with the issue. Overall I would never stay here again.

Nice hotel

Staff was extremely rude upon arrival. The female staff member answered the phone rudely when we called from the feont desk to check in. We were there at 1:40 and she would t check us in untill 2. The male staff member was cleaning and he came and checked us in. The reatroom by the pool was locked and our son could t use it after a 5 hour drive. We went down for breakfast at 8:30. We were told it was swrved from 6-9. There was nothing left. I yogurt and some apples. No people in sight to ask anything. We were very disappoi ted in our stay. The rooms were ok, the shower was not clean, and there was a roach trap in our room . I guess it's better to have a trap than to have roaches!
