Quality Inn Cheyenne I-25 South

Staff was great and stay was great, only negative was the comfort of the bed.

We got to our room and realized there was no blanket on the bed, just sheets... they had completely forgot to give our beds any kind of comforters and I had to go down to the desk to get blankets which took them 20 minutes to find and they ended up giving up blankets that didn't even fit our beds. The room hadn't well been cleaned. We found large balls of dust and lint just around the room and old food in the fridge not to mention to flies greeting us in the room upon arrival. For paying over $120 a night, we hoped for better... not great, just better. Blankets and a clean room at least!

The first room did not have working door lock. Staff didn’t seem to know. Door obviously had been jimmied previously. Would not even close. Only stayed here because last minute res. Wont again. Rooms had a funk. Must be from smoking and pets. Should be a $75 room. Mattress was comfy though. Shower good

Overall it was decent. It is a cheap room but still overpriced for what it is. Stains on the chair. Small room cheap everything and not very friendly staff that was unable to help get my money back/ change reservation that was made by mistake.

Stay was good! Staff was very friendly. The doors getting into the rooms were quite difficult. First room we god, the key wouldn’t even work. She gave us a new room. It worked, most of the time, but it was difficult. Other than that, stay was great. The pet area was convenient and nice.

We just in route to the airport. The room was clean but old-or appeared that way. The general manager was a bit abrupt and not very helpful. The breakfast was good. For the price it was good.

Hotel was clean and staff was excellent, but the interior is definitely showing its age and in need of a refresh.

The main bathroom was dirty. The doors to the room didn't shut right. The out side garbage cans were overflowing the whole time we were there. there was hare in the shower curtain.

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at this establishment. It was advertised on the Hotels.com site as pet friendly. When we arrived we were informed that they did not allow pets of any type per the owner. I am currently being charged for this stay along with the alternate hotel we had to book due to this hotels false advertising. I’m very concerned that they may be doing this to others and profiting from the fact that mine and potentially others cannot receive a refund due to finding out that pets are not allowed, upon check in. As a business, I consider this as fraud and should be investigated by Hotels.com and the Quality Hotel chain.

Staff was super nice!!👍 clean rooms too

This place was worse than the last Quality Inn we stayed at. Service was really slow. The quilt had blood and stuff on the underside. The curtains did not block out the light from the window. The worst part was being nauseous and sick from the carbon monoxide leaking in the room. There were very loud and weird noises during the night. Can’t believe we didn’t get a discount because of the bloody blankets. The pullout couch was unusable and the couch sagged even when just being a couch. Again breakfast was low quality and not a variety…. Sugar and no real fruit of foods….

When booking my family's stay to attend a graduation, it said it was a 2 queen bed suite. And that it had a full size couch with an extra room. That was not the case. The room we got was small and only 2 queen beds for a family of 5. We asked about the situation and the very friendly front desk lady told us that they do not have suites. That was the only thing that upset us on this travel.

Overall, the facility was clean and the room was clean. The location was also very convenient.

Manager was rude. Sheets, bathroom and chair were not clean and had a hole. A little more attention to detail wouldve been great

Room tub was not clean- hair in tub- something gross on the wall; The bed was nicely made; BUT the coverlet had something gross on it. The TV remote didn’t work; there was only one washcloth in the bathroom; No cup to rinse your mouth; Ceiling was patched; Fridge wasn’t working; Key card was iffy; Sidewalk was in poor repair; Facility was old - felt dirty; Hallway Carpet seemed dirty; Front desk treated an elderly couple poorly; Breakfast didn’t offer eggs - no real protein item; It was clean and orderly; On and on…
