Visited Columbus MS to see our son in the Air Force. We were greeted kindly and our room was ready on 1/1. We enjoyed our chats with Brenda and appreciated her recommendations of places to see and eat.

Price was good. Even though I was put in a quieter room, it still had quite a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was okay - not too many choices.

Didn’t like having doors on outside for entrance into room. Potholes on the road leading into hotel. Didn’t feel safe

Hotel was prima te bereiken maar er slapen een heleboel werklui die erg luidruchtig zijn, en die overal staan te roken en te drinken. Dus als je voor de rust gaat zou ik even verder kijken. Ontbijt was standaard met wafels en broodrooster. Prima hotel voor 1 nacht als je op doorreis bent.

Insulation around the main door was essentially nonexistent, letting cold air into the room at all hours. The shower curtain rod was bent and nearly broken. However the shower pressure and temperature was excellent. The cleaning staff member was very nice and friendly

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating but it was clean.
The check in was quick and breakfast was good. The area has many restaurants for dining choices and shopping.
I would stay here again.

This hotel was paid for with PayPal I paid $4.50 for the insurance just in case I needed to cancel this was a non-refundable hotel that's the reason I paid for the insurance did not want a refund just wanted to push back one week they refused and charged my card anyway that's not good business didn't want to refund just wanted to push back one week because my company had an issue with trucks coming in we always stay there but you can guarantee we will find somewhere else to stay they can apologize and give us credit for our stay we just wasted a hundred and seven dollars we never stayed there never checked in and never checked out but they told PayPal that we received goods by being there and that was a lie we never stayed there so they just duped us for $107
