Didn't honor reservation made over a month ago on hotel com A reservation i called and confirmed at the property. And called a 2nd time about. Was an hour from showing up when they called to tell me my room wasnt available after driving 25 hrs. The hotel has wear and tear the biggest turn off after the screw up with reservation was the cockroaches in the bathroom when we turned on the lights. After requesting to be close to the others in our group they put us as far away as possible and they also had cockroaches. I would not recommend this place. I am not happy with this property.

The room that I booked was not available and they gave me a room with smaller beds. Beds were like laying on the concrete.

This property needs a whole makeover. The hallway looks like I’m walking inside a jail. The front desk lady is not friendly at all. To be honest she looked annoyed. Guest were very drunk and loud. I honestly thought it was a fight going on.

The toilet leaked each time it was flushed, the coffee maker in the room did not work, the door to the room had a hole on the interior where the chain lock once was at, the bathroom door was swelled out at the bottom from water damage. In general the room was in worn condition. The breakfast was nice and the ice maker for the hotel did work well.

I really appreciated the lovely view of the beach and the nice pool area! The hotel was quite clean, but I did notice that the carpets had a bit of a mildew smell, and the doors didn’t seal very well. Unfortunately, some noise from other guests in the middle of the night made it hard to sleep. It would have been great if the situation could have been addressed more quickly, perhaps by bringing in management to help. Overall, there were some highlights, but also a few areas that could use improvement!

I did the $100 room deposit with cash and forgot to get it back when checking out this morning!
I called and they said they couldn't find it!🙄
I'm calling a manager tomorrow, it's not sounding good that I'll get it back 😡
I'm stopping there again on my way back from Miami, I called my bank and will try to do a stop payment for the room with the credit card I used, I charged the room but did the deposit with cash, is that place a fraud or what?
