Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15

Lobby smelled old, gnats circling the trash and windows streaked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. Room smelled like faint pet urine, dust layer on lamps and window sill. No duvet on the bed just two sheets and a thin fuzzy blanket. At check out no one was at the desk. Finally an unwelcoming Indian man came out. He was the only staff there and had been cleaning a room. He was short with me and not helpful. Will never stay here again. It is motel status not hotel by any means.

Location was excellent. Price seems high for what you get.

The hotel smell like pee, the bedroom was very dusty, some hair, I request a cleaning and they didn’t, we left the second night and couldn’t have a refund of the third.

The worst hotel i can remember, except staff was friendly. TV didn’t work, shower didn’t work, old furniture, bad mattress, no soap, dirty exterior, not good

The shampoo bottle was used, ceiling showed signs of leakage and breakfast was nothing but an orange and waffle. Not worth the cost.

The property was ran down. It was dirty and staff was barely seen. The only saving grace was the bathroom was clean with the exception of a yellow shower curtain. Bed sheets and bed was clean. Carpet was dirty and hand railing was sticky dirty. Oh and there is a no refund on this property. Stairs were two inches from the wall. The tile on the roof outside our window was broke. The door jam had just been repaired but security flap didn’t match up. There pictures look nothing like the outside property. Pool looked so dirty we didn’t get in. Honestly Or sure how they are keeping the door open due to safety concerns. City would have fun with code violations here. Will not even discuss how bad the breakfast area was. Definitely did not live up to the other Choice Hotels we’ve stayed out. Cooperate should definitely close this place down till things are fixed.

The hotel is old and very bare. I was there for four days and no one came to clean my room or bring me fresh towels. You get what you pay for but I would not recommend this hotel. Oh, there is market and burger joint within walking distance where I bought some Hagan Daas Chocolate Chocolate Chip ice cream which almost made up for shabby hotel.

MOLD IN ROOMS, MOLD ANS SCUM IN THE POOL AND SPA. BUGS ON THE BATHROOM COUNTER TOPS, FILTHY FLOORS IN ROOM. WAFFLES AND CEREAL ONLY AT BREAKFAST. LITTLE TO NO MAINTAINENCE ON PROPERTY GROUNDS. WORST EXPIERENCE OF OUR LIVES.

This place looked like it was abandoned. There were no cars in the parking lot. There were weeds growing all over the front doors. I didn't stay because it looked abandoned. It was not welcoming and im sure the rooms were the same.

Dirt and hair in the shower pool and jacuzzi had debris and hot tub didn’t work

Avoid at All Costs – A Health Hazard If you want to lose years off your life, do not stay here. This was one of the most unsanitary and unsettling hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The shower curtain was covered in mold, and there was hair left on the shower wall from a previous guest—clear signs that cleanliness is not a priority. The AC unit emitted a strong mildew smell that lingered throughout the room, making it hard to breathe comfortably. The hot tub was out of order or malfunctioning, adding to the list of disappointments. Most alarming of all, I noticed rat feces in the hallway just outside my door—absolutely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one that charges guests to stay. Stay somewhere—anywhere—else.

Everything was excellent! I was helped upstairs w my luggage too!

The room were clean. Pool not so clean. Had a problem as my phone was dead. I couldn’t call to say teenagers were hanging out on the stairs and noisy. I will say it was the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel that advertises breakfast. There was a waffle maker, but no butter. At least they had syrup. Cereal was the only other option. No other bread products, fruit or yogurt. Pitiful breakfast.

Super peaceful and quiet. Comfortable beds and super clean room.

It was not very clean

I had selected this hotel because it said they had cribs, and I selected that option when I made my reservation. But when I called before my stay the staff didn't know what cribs were. I was assured that I would have a 1st floor room that I could get to without going up stairs, but when I arrived they had no more first floor rooms. I was traveling alone with my infant daughter and it was very difficult to shelp everything from my car up to the 2nd floor room without an elevator. the mini fridge in my room didn't work and I had to delay my plans to wait for it to be swapped out. the AC was loud and not very good, and the TV channel options were terrible. The rooms have almost no sound proofing, you hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms. The facility appeared to be falling apart and did not resemble the photos. Would not stay here again

Needs improvement. It’s an old run down hotel. Shower curtain was yellow at the bottom almost mildly. Sheets were cleaned but stained.
