The staff was very nice and friendly but the premises need to renovate and get rid off pest

Unsafe random guy banging on door all night no assistance or accommodations from hotel staff after numerous complaints and cops being called

I recently stayed here and while it’s not a luxury hotel, it absolutely delivered where it counts. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made a big difference in my overall experience. The location couldn’t have been better — super convenient and close to the boardwalk (one block!). The room was basic but clean, and for the price, you really can’t beat it. Most importantly, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which gave me peace of mind. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in a great spot with kind people, this is a solid choice.

Noisy neighbors and unavailable front desk

property was fine, but too many people hanging around near the hotel, could be unsafe ?

My stay was decent, but I was bothered by ants appearing everywhere, which was both frustrating and irritating. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the front desk staff member was very friendly.

Lobby manager was very friendly and so was housekeeping

The area is unsafe, alot of police presence.

Even though it was a non smoking room it smelled of smoke

Complimentary breakfast each day is included. The microwave was very handy for late night use.

The king room had a nice king bed.Very comfortable and it had a love seat and a smart t.V.The only thing I didn't like about it was the hot water was too hot and with the cold water as well it was hot for 15 minutes

Front desk guy will hagle - no refunds or changes if booked through Expedia, they play the "manager not available" game. I would not leave the valubles in room. Cold water shower in morning, zero water pressure. The carpet is disgusting. Street people around here at night, no security. They charge an extra $100 for damages & keep $3, you get $97 back. Breakfast is frozen microwave egg paties & juice?

No hot water, no fitness room even though it was advertised. $100 hotel deposit plus $10 a night that was not advertised. Area around is not safe for children due to high drug activity right in the parking lot. Trash on the steps on the hotel and overall just not a good stay.
