Worst hotel experience ever. Extremely poor customer service on behalf of the hotel and on behalf of Expedia. New affirmation: I would not stay ever again at a "Quality" Inn Motel. And I shall use less expedia "services" and go back to Airbnb

Best place to stay in Bellingham. Great staff, comfortable clean and safe!

Very disappointing stay. King suite is from the basement of my grandparents house. Everything was old and outdated except for the clean sheets. Spent the night worrying about bugs and a sore back. Glad I brought my own pillow with me. The water was hot and the provided shampoo smelled nice. Won’t stay there again, lots of other choices for cheaper hotels in the area. Definitely not worth the price

The staff was excellent and responsive in different ways. Card entry to room was not working properly, staff got on it in a hurry to rectify problem. Room was worn. Wallpaper peeling in places. Room was also dated. Place was clean and served the purpose of my stay. Breakfast was fair, but options were available to suit anyone’s needs. Convenience was one option as to why I stayed there. Probably won’t stay there again.

The staff appeared occupied and not in the mood to serve. As I spelled my first name he said ID please abruptly implying we were not welcome. First impression was hands down discouraging.

The hotel was quite old inside. What was super frustrating, was that the key slot on the front door of our room was definitely outdated to the point we could not get into our room without many many tries. Sometimes up to 5 minutes of waiting. Someone also knocked on our door at 5:45 am and woke us up trying to get in. The shower head barely had any pressure and the tile floor felt greasy and unclean in the washroom. The breakfast was ok however the coffee machine could have used some maintenance as the coffee did not taste good at all. Guy at the front desk in the morning dressed like he just got out of bed and could have been more friendly. I won't be staying here again.

The general appearance of the room was clean, but that being said, it was only clean on the surface. Upon closer inspection it was quite rundown and in need of a very deep cleaning. The hotel is old and tired and is in need of a complete makeover. The general area of hotel is okay, but it is on the periphery of an unsafe area. Would not stay here again.

The cleaners and room services are top notch. I really enjoy my stay, the toilets sit are really old and need to be change, the shower is running too slow that it takes longer time shower. Other than that, everything else was good.

Older property, couldn’t find a plug for phone near bed and had a strange I/2 wall there. Also even though it was clean they did not see a mask that was used to cover eye hole and I had to remove myself after getting gloves to do so. Staff super nice and friendly good location for shops ect

clean and good access to shopping etc. Hotels needs to be refreshed and updated,fixtures in rooms and plugs not working or missing lightbulbs

We had a glitch checking in, but it was resolved the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable. It needs a facelift, but nothing was broken. Breakfast was the usual; eggs, potatoes, various breads, waffles, bananas, and coffee. Friendly staff. Seasonal pool, so we didn't use it. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Wifi was fair, but had to keep signing in, up to 3 times a day.

So clean and comfortable! Friendliest staff in Bellingham!! I loved my stay here and I highly recommend!

It was much better than most of the horrible reviews on here, to my pleasant surprise

The room was very pleasant and was clean. The parts (floor grout in bath) that seemed a little grody in spots I think was because of age, though? The woodwork (bath) could also have used a paint job. The room was nicely appointed with micro, cupboards, a separate area w/ couch & t.v. (t.v. also in bedroom), and the bathroom totally enclosed. I thought the room suited our needs wonderfully. Great night's sleep, too.

Our stay was generally fine. The walls were thin and could hear our neighbours. One of our key cards stopped working the first night but the room was clean and the breakfast was fine. Location was convenient for us. We’d consider staying there again.
