We had 2 rooms. Several things were broken in one of the rooms. Those people got moved to another room finally. When we returned to the other room after our first day of visiting one bed was made and one was not. Toilet paper and coffee maker supplies were not replenished. Breakfast buffet was adequate. We stayed here last year and it was very good. Dissappointing this year

We saw some sort of bed bug reminents under the mattress. It was either eggs or bugs we are unsure. We changed rooms but we are unhappy that this situation occurred in the first place.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was awesome. She was polite and funny. We did not go to the room as we had tickets to Hershey. When ee returned that night the hallway stunk of smoke... our room smelled of smoke and weed through the night. You could see light around all 4 sides of the door. The next morning we saw that the room across the hall was gutted from a fire. We opted to leave a night early and get another hotel. It stinks we were out thay money but worth it for our health and safety.

Rooms were clean and property was safe. Near dining options. Hershey Park was 25 minutes from the hotel.

Great friendly staff.

Comfy bed and lots of pillows!

The elevator didnt work when we first got there and the air conditioning in our room sucked. Woke up several times sweating and overly hot when we had the a.c set at 64 and to be constantly running.

Lylian à l’accueil était super gentille. Elle a essayé de répondre à nos attentes, mais malheureusement la qualité du séjour n’était pas au rendez-vous. Chambre médiocre, réfrigérateur en panne, sèche-cheveux, non fonctionnel, meuble TV, totalement abîmé. Il y a également un espace pour que nous puissions faire des lessives, aucun produit n’était disponible, quand je voulu en acheter à l’accueil, on m’a fait comprendre d’aller au supermarché directement si j’en voulais. Vraiment décevant comme hôtel, heureusement que Lilian est là pour relever le niveau…

Check-in staff was more interested in their phone than being personable and attentive to visitors; could use some work on friendliness. Cleanliness of the hotel was in severe question. Some furniture and outlet covers were broken in the room. The furniture was not moved in awhile, leaving the hotel room floor dirty. Based on prior visitor ratings, it was actually very disappointing to stay at such a hotel.

Convenient to where we were going. Lots of restaurants available in close proximity.

Windows not shot correctly and little fly bugs. Bed has red spots like someone bleed on it. Hair on bathtub.

Great rates and room was clean. Hallways kinda smelled of smoke. Breakfast was nice but would be great if they added some type of breakfast meat. They had items to make breakfast sandwiches but only eggs. No meat, cheese, etc. Minimal choices but good enough. Other than that, everything was clean and the staff was great. Our room was on the side closest to the highway so we had some noise but had the fan on to drown it out. Neighbors from above our room stomped around in the middle of the night. This is a problem at every hotel lately where there is no common decency for others staying around them. We have two children and are constantly trying to teach them how to behave in hotels yet grown adults have no respect for others. No fault of the hotel. It was a nice affordable stay..would stay again. Just invest in some kind of air fresheners for the hallways.

Rooms smelled terrible. Ants all over the floor in eating area.

We had to change room because the initial room smelled like smoke.

Check in was fast and easy

Not bad for one night. The bed and pillows were plenty comfortable but the room was a bit shabby looking and there was a big Spotlight on the back of the building where our window was so the light came around the curtains all night long. The breakfast was pretty pitiful. The tray said hot breakfast and when I opened it up it was literally microwaved scrambled egg rounds. My grandson has a dairy allergy and there was literally nothing for him to eat except an apple and some dry Cheerios.
