Quality Inn Near the Island Pigeon Forge

Buen lugar

A short walk to the Island. The Breakfast in the morning was 5 star for a hotel meal.

Good beds. Liked the indoor pool and hot tub. Free breakfast was good also. Close enough to the island to walk there which is nice

the room was nice, comfortable bed, perfectly located near shops and dining. only complaint would be that we had to ask for shampoo a few times as we stayed for a few days. is only reason for the 4star review as i feel other hotels would have the room better supplied. overall would stay again

I will start by saying the front desk ladies were nice, check in was fast. The room was clean and you can tell they recently done a renovation, however for some reason our door wouldn’t shut at the bottom corner so we had a lot of traffic noise in our room. The walls I’m pretty sure are made of paper because you can clearly hear your neighbors conversations. And in the bathroom, because you share a wall the another room you can also hear everything going on in there as well lol. The beds…if you like a firm mattress with a few lumps ..this is your place to stay. I will say the hotel is in a good location, across the street is the Pirates show and the Comedy Barn. Plus restaurants next door. I probably won’t stay here again.

Indoor pool was very nice and warm we liked it was open 24 hours.

Enjoyed the remodel. Our room had terrible phone service, wifi was almost impossible to connect to and stay connected. Once we left the property it was fine. The complementary breakfast was crowded for the holidays. We booked this room for the convenience of location across the street from the Island. If they could fix the wifi situation, we would stay again.

Check in was a breeze, the staff was friendly.. they also cleaned the rooms daily. Its convenient to the strip

Our tubs, for both the rooms were clogged, and nobody would clean them. The hotel staff did not provide me with clean sheets, even though I offered to change them myself. The pool floor was very grimy and dirty and nasty. And they seem to be constantly working on the hot tub, even though it seemed to be fine to me when they started it up. All the staff were very rude, except for the cleaning crew and the maintenance staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location and staff were great. However going to bed and waking up to the smell of cigarettes and weed made the stay unpleasant. We had a non smoking room but the smoking section was the whole 2nd floor under us and it was busy! The hotel needs to make changes to smoking policy or the wrong crowd will become regulars.

Remodeled room, but left carpet in, yuck! The sheets on bed had hair and lint of all kinds. Small bathroom. Small pillows.Beds ok. Nice large tv. LOUD street noise. Real nice indoor pool and hot tub and area with chairs and tables. Hot breakfast was good, but is in second building. It is a large dining area, clean bathrooms. Nice lady working there did a great job. Front desk staff seamed nice. Fairley easy to get in and out at street.

The room was warm and clean when we arrived. The TV is MASSIVE but only has cable. The front desk staff were all super super nice and friendly. I didn’t have any issues but i’m sure they would’ve been a great help. Also the location to the island was super convenient

Always stay here

Clean and looked recently updated. Plenty of parking.

I think we found our regular hotel for our weekend trips to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg
