Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport

There are too many other choices in the area to stay here. We wanted to stay close to the airport for our 6am flight and the price was right. I failed to notice there was a $6 per night fee to leave a car parked there which made the price less of a deal. There are much nicer places to stay with free parking. The clerks were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was old and dated. The blind in our room didn't cover the whole window and the curtain was sheer. We were also on the ground floor and anyone in the parking lot could see in our window. The bed was uncomfortable but the bathroom was clean. The shuttle areived on time but the driver drove recklessly. He drove excessively fast and slammed on the brakes. Not an enjoyable ride at 3:45 in the morning.

The 2 good things about this property were the well scheduled (and early hour) shuttle service to the airport, and the cold breakfast available to guests before the regular hot breakfast was served at 6am. Complains: Very dirty room, stained chair cushions, stained bench cushion, dirty carpet/floor by door, shower rod/curtain were laying in the bathtub, dirt/debris all around the floorboards of room, staff mopped up puke from lobby and threw out the dirty water right outside front door.

This is an older property, but the Check-in staff was awesome.The room was cleaned even though it needed updates. Not a lot $ .so if looking for a one night sleep. Free ride to airport. This would work out just fine. Yummy breakfast! Is a plus.

The staff are amazing at the Quality Inn, very down to earth, enjoyed the conversations about Pittsburgh, simply put a true hidden gem 12 miles from Pittsburgh! Quiet area!

Hotel is great for park and fly. Breakfast has good choices of hot and cold food.

The hotel really needed some updating but the room was clean and just what I needed for a PIT flight turnaround. The breakfast was the standard offering with a waffle maker station. It was a bit noisy on the road side of the hotel but all in all it was a great stay. The hotel to airport shuttle was fantastic for the price. They were prompt and easy to find when flying in to PIT! Would stay there again!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is very old and needs an update. Floors squeak when walking no usb ports in the rooms. Pretty clean in room. The good is it’s quiet,breakfast is good lots of food choices and they have hot food eggs ect. Good place for the money. If you want nicer you’re going to spend much more. I went for a Steelers game and it was easy to get to the stadium grime there.

I searched online for a place close to the airport. Your info stated there was a restaurant—one reason I chose this place. No where did it say the restaurant is closed on Sundays, and we checked in on Sunday! We were exhausted from traveling and hungry. Shuttle service was included; a good perk. Only to be told by the driver that he just drops people off at the very first entrance—which was very far from our airlines. We are in our seventies, I use a cane, and it was very hard for me to walk all that way. Thankfully, a worker from a different airlines took me i. Their wheelchair to where we needed to be.

Outside lock was broken & ONLY found out when I brought it to their attention! The breakfast was inedible. The key to the room had to be replaced 3 times. Our first hotel room had a noxious smell to it. We had to move to another room. We choose this motel based on Expedia’s high ratings that were false. It seems clear to us that no one inspects these properties. We will NEVER trust or use Expedia again. And we will share our horrible experience on social media with family& friends and will encourage others from using Expedia’s service!!

I enjoyed my stay. Quiet and worth the value for the money ☺️

Room looked out dated, and was not very clean. Room had an odd smell. The security latch on the door was loose and broken.

The room carpet had not been vacuumed in a while, wood chips on the floor from corners of furniture, stink bug, paper lantern bug, night stand on top of extension cord, visible wiring, broken electrical plate, 1st floor room with blinds and curtains not wide enough to cover window that faced parking lot, light fixture in bathroom too small for home in ceiling, no bathroom vent, stains all over bed coverlet, lights were actually old lamps with old fashioned turn knobs, with door shut I could see into the hallway because of a gap running down the length of door. Cigarette's burn holes all over sink, wad of hair in bathtub drain, complimentary toiletries had been used by guests before me, did not want to to use mouthwash that someone else’s mouth had been on.
