The staff was very nice. Hopefully they will send my gloves that were left in the room (I think they fell behind the wood furniture). They did provide me with an extra blanket, as requested (THANK YOU). The room was very expensive and I had a dirty was of tissues in my tissue box. I took a picture of if.

The room facilities are complete, but a little shabby. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the drainage of the room on the first floor is not smooth, but overall the room meets the price expectations and is economical.

The furniture was in very poor condition and the floor was very dirty. The positive aspects were the bathrooms was very clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the heat worked well.

The male staff that recieved us was very rude and crude! We wanted somewhere on the outskirts of DC because of the price and regretted not being thorough. Apparently customer service was no big deal for them but for me, it is EVERYTHING in the service industry.

Said i left feces on the sheets wouldn't give me my deposit until i threatened to call the police the housekeeping staff and front desk staff are theives they pocket your deposit when you use cash very rude staff

First of all it was a classic motel (park in front), not a hotel. The property was almost entirely paved, other than the buildings. The receptionist was surly. The first room had a loud, high-pitched hum from the heater/fan that wouldn't stop. I complained and was reassigned another room. This room was clean but dingy. There was daylight showing between the door and the door frame. It was extremely BASIC. The toilet was so short, you had to bend down to reach it. The refrigerator cooled only weakly, never cold. We left after one night.

C'est plus un motel basique, avec des services limités et un personnel qui fait l'essentiel, sans plus. La communication est à l'américaine : pratique et pragmatique, sans plus. Pendant tout mon séjour, la chambre n'a pas été refaite, peut être fallait il demander...le petit déjeuner est basique. Le point fort de l'établissement est sa localisation qui permet d'être pris en taxi devant la porte de l'hôtel et de garer sa voiture devant sa chambre, ainsi que les centres commerciaux à proximité
