The rates are too high for this property, the bed was hard as a rock, wasn’t able to sleep. The heating system didn’t work well and wasn’t able to turn off. The place needs some remodeling or upgrades not worth the prices.

This was the worst experience I have ever had…when you are trying to sleep and you come face to face with a huge bed bug! I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this property!

We found a bug in the bathroom on the floor. Then My daughter woke up with red bumps that appeared to be bites on the left side of her neck and one under her left eye, causing her eye to be very swollen. I went to the front desk and showed them pictures. All they said was that they would have house keeping check for bugs. They called and said they did not see bugs and maybe it’s from something we ate. It is clearly boys on my daughter. Breakfast as also horrible and undercooked.

This was a good place in a good location. It’s a little run down: there were ugly stains on the upholstery of the chair and hassock, and I wished the room were carpeted instead of having that awful fake wood cladding. Also, I wished they posted their pet fee on their website; it wasn’t outlandish, but it does seem kind of cheating not to declare it.

Was given a room on the 2nd floor and then told there was no wlevator. My sister has a very difficult time with stairs due to a health issue. Had i known there was no elevator, i would have requested 1st floor room when i made the reservation. There were none available when we arrive, so she had to climb the suars and i had to make 3 trips to carry our luggage up.

There’s no elevator so you have to drag your bags up a big flight of stairs. The drain / plug in my hotel rooms tub didn’t work so had to use my heal to take a bath. There’s no ceiling light, just lamps in the room so it’s rather dim, plus one of the lamps bulbs was burned out and didn’t work. For the cost I wasn’t impressed with how shabby everything was overall. It says no smoking of anything / any kind but the room and hallway smelled of old cigarette smoke. The corners of the shower where the tile meets the tub had black in them which could be black mold.

The TV didn’t work in the room at all when I first got there Friday. Two female desk clerks tried to fix it but couldn’t. Then the the night clerk got it to work but the remote control on-off switch and volume controls still didn’t work. I asked the daytime clerk if they didn’t have some kind of electronics service that could come in and fix it. She said “Oh, we’re not that sophisticated”.
