When we got there the air was not on in the hall of our floor or in our rooms. The temp in the room never got below 80. The hotel was dirty. The room was clean but overall the hotel was very unkept.

It was just ok.

I want to start off saying I frequently stay at "budget" properties. I dont expect first class amenities when I choose these type of hotels. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in! Dirty sheets & comforters, dried blood spots on a pillow, stained couch cushion (they did flip it over at least ?!?), stained walls where something had spilled down it, pealing paint and wallpaper in several areas, air conditioning only cooled room a few degrees( definetly not to 60 like it was programmed to do), breakfast was awful (stale cereal, waffle batter gross-either not actual waffle batter or expired-not sure which but tasted bad when cooked, only included a few yogurts of 1 flavor, 6 slices of bread, stawberry jelly, apples, pitcher of orange juice). In addition, my son woke up with bites all over his arms. The positive..we had clean towels and the beds were comfortable..if the sheets didnt have stains on them I might have actually slept. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I have pictures but not sure it will let me attach.

The room was adequate for what I needed. This is by far not a luxury hotel and the location is a little run down with an abandoned hotel next to it but it is conveniently placed right off the highway for a quick stay when needed.

Very dirty. Switched rooms due to dirty sheets. Next room had dirty sheets, dirty carpet, and smelled like smoke. Ended up leaving due to how dirty the rooms were. Staff was friendly and provided a refund without any issues.

Literally the most disgusting place I have ever stayed!! Had to make three trips to the front desk at 1am when we checked in due to a number of issues and had to switch rooms! This place is .5 star at best!!

This hotel was very dirty, and severely neglected. We were not able to use the show as it water didnt transfer to the shower head properly. Staff did nothing at check out to make it right.

My daughter ended up with bedbug bites after our trip, even after careful inspection of the beds and surrounding area of the beds. The room appeared clean however smelled of men’s cologne all weekend, and the pullout couch was disgusting. We did not use it, but it was disgusting.

I think all hotels should be required to post updated photos to truly depict the state of property currently and not those old photos when it was first built. This property needs major renovations. I had to come to the front desk and show photos of my room to ensure I wasn’t held liable for the holes in the wall. I guess that was the reason the price was it was.

the lampshades, comforter, hide abed had stains on them. only had apples for fruit and white bread for toast. it was quiet and had a nice quiet heater.

The bed top cover was not clean nor were the in side of the pillows.Hope i never have to go there again. Bathroom was very cold.

Nice staff-super clean room-old hotel crappy neighborhood but never felt unsafe-if your looking for a place to get good night sleep at a reasonable cost this is a bargain-don't be 1 minute late for breakfast or you won't get any but a cup coffee

This was just a one night stay with a late night arrival. Pros: Check in was fast and without hassle. The room was fine for our needs as we went to bed right away and planned to leave by 8:30am. No pests in the room that we noticed. Cons: only three cars in the lot but room we were assigned should have been in better condition (the deadbolt didn’t exactly line up so had to put pressure from below the door to lift it so the deadbolt would work, carpet stains, toilet didn’t flush so I had to fix it). I imagine the other rooms are worse then if this is one of the rooms they would rather give to guests? All of this I can deal with. For me the real red flag was the breakfast area. So many fruit flies by the food (in the bread and in the nozzle of the juice machine). The waffle we made came out tasting sour. That has never happened before. Ended up just going somewhere else for bfast. My advice is don’t offer breakfast if you aren’t going to make it sanitary. We aren’t picky and know that we aren’t paying for a luxury experience. But if you offer breakfast, that’s part of the calculation when choosing to book with you. So I expect that I won’t be needing to get breakfast elsewhere for me and my kids. Again for what I absolutely needed (a place to crash before I continued a long drive), it was fine. But the red flag of bugs in the eating area make me concerned about what might have gone unnoticed in my room. I mean no disrespect and wish the owners well.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked through Expedia two weeks in advance. One day after booking the hotel canceled. With zero notifications. As far as Expedia new and I new the room was still booked. When I arrived my room had been canceled, from the hotels end. The desk clerk even going so far as to say she thinks someone called up to cancel. I still have not received a refund. I literally had to sleep on the street this night

Hot water was an issue. Air conditioner worked poorly. Room not clean! Left over food in refrigerator. Breakfast bar had no protein choices not even peanut butter, Choice was slim. Coffee bad!

Unclean sheets and blankets Multiple police onsite most of the night

The hotel was great and the staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and the room was perfect to meet our family needs

The hotel was decent and met our needs.
