Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront

Extremely disappointed in this hotel! Once checked in, the elevators were not working properly, so we were asked to use the service elevator. We had to walk through the kitchen and use a very dated elevator to get to our room. The room was extremely less than desirable: the bedding was worn, one mattress was about three inches flatter on the head end than the feet, the curtain looked like my cat had chewed on them, the lock was some sort of makeshift metal hook, some outlets didn’t work, the shower/bathroom was extremely dated as well as the carpet. The ice machine was out of service. The lobby chairs were stained and dirty. When leaving, neither elevator, regular or service would work, so we used the stairs to pack our luggage down through nasty stairwell. Shameful!

The room was very nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable, plenty of pillows.

The hotel was unique. Needed a few updates in certain areas,loke some of the rooms were dated and the elevators.

The staff was so accommodating and amazing! Would definitely stay again. Easy to get to, very convenient, beautiful view of the ohio river and food was top notch for room service

Water bugs were plentiful, pillows need replaced, other than that it was nice place to stay. Lots of complaints about the pool having sharp edges.

Had to change bedding due to stains and trash on beds.

Hotel was decent and clean, mattress was hard, tub wouldn’t drain, drain plug broke. Decent for a night stay

A lot of snow, parking lot cleared …

I barely slept an hour all night because of other guests screaming on the same floor I complained politely to the desk three times and finally went down there because there were other people on the floor, screaming at each other. Nothing was done until the next morning when another person was on shift The police were called and I believe these people were finally kicked out of the hotel however, I was called by the front desk at three in the morning when I was trying to sleep so apparently they could let me know what had been done, which was out of hand at no point should anyone from the front desk? Call me at three in the morning unless there is a fire, especially after I’ve already said that I could not sleep because of noise I asked the manager for some communication afterwards and a refund or a partial refund or anything that might make this situation better but I was not given a return phone call. I can only figure that this individual does not care about his hotel and has no care whatsoever about the guest experience. I placed the entire blame on the manager because in the end, the buck stops with this gentleman. All I was looking for was perhaps even an apology and I received nothing of the sort.

We arrived at 630 for our check in which took over an hour to check in which was very annoying after I had already paid online … then they didn’t have the room available with the handicap shower which I recommended. Also breakfast was supposed To be included it was not and the only reason. We came to this resort was because they had an indoor pool for the winter months and it was closed!!!

Issue wasn't with the hotel but with Expedia. Upon arrival we were told we didn't have a reservation even though I pre paid for the room a week prior and had confirmation. When checking in we were told my name was not on file for a room and that we would have to call Expedia to fix. When calling your customer service to rectify the issue I mentioned how time sensitive this was as we had an event we were in town for that we had to be at within two hours. This didn't help at all I was given the run around by multiple agents in regards to my issue. They called the hotel but said something along the lines of a manager not being available at that time. That's cool but shouldn't matter due to the fact I had paid and had confirmation for the room. Why is it so difficult to accommodate us when we were paid in full. We were told we would get a room at another hotel to which I said that won't work on such short notice. Why on your end can you not just resend the information instead of us going through hoops to get checked in. After all of that we asked for a refund for a refund which you guys didn't want to accommodate. We had to use our Canadian Phones to call you which costed us $12 each which we never should have had to do with confirmation of the room. We had to catch a last minute $20 cab to the event instead of walking if we had the time we intended. Why am I having to incure all these costs when I pre booked a room. At that we were eventually given a room at 10 pm ridiculous.

It was terrible. Changed our room twice because curtains were pull down in first room, nasty looking and not clean. Second room, lights were blinking my husband had to take bulbs out , toilet stopped up, none of the phones in the rooms were working completely turned off. And we have videos of such. Also we were to stay until January 2nd , we left in the morning of January 1st because it was told someone shot through a door and a rape happen. My husband and I saw police everywhere bin the hotel.?After over hearing what had happened, immediately we decided to leave and come home. We were frightened! They would not give us any paperwork at the checkout outer because they said we had booked with a third party so we left with no paperwork. They are now saying they have no records of us leaving on January 1st trying to say we stayed until January 2nd which is not true. They are not wanting to compensate any money back to us for this terrible, dangerous and frightening stay. We are seniors citizens my husband 80 and I am 77 what a shame.

Get what you pay for, have stayed here before and would stay again! It's a fair price for what you get. Walking distance to restaurant area, but the staff is too busy to care, and visitors are just a number, it's a huge hotel and they just want to have a good price and fill it up, shuffle people in. Rooms are fine. If you are okay with that, this is a good place.

Everything was quite smooth, allowed to park on property prior to checkin. Rooms were clean and well stocked.

We loved this stay! Clean and wonderful staff! The restaurant what’s delicious and plentiful portions. Will definitely recommend!

Dated property but convenient to Cincy stadiums. Sits next to highway so be sure to get a room facing the other direction as walls/windows unable to stop vehicle noise at night.
