Easy check in, down the back ally of the parking area there is some sketchy people but they mind their business and leave you alone. Our room door was ajar which was concerning upon discovering considering the nearby locals but the room was still clean and unoccupied. The door was a bit stiff so that could have contributed to that. The pet fee was very reasonable at $20, and a nice self serve breakfast was available in the morning across from check in inside the dining area.

Nasty nasty soap dish was held on with h/vac tap dirty under sink don't know if it was feces or puke floor slippery like skating on six layers of urine I didn't stay a hour be for I checked out

The room was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The website says the restaurant is a steakhouse, but it is now an Indian restaurant. The restaurant was closed early on a Friday evening. There were also sketchy looking people wandering around in the parking lot. We didn't end up staying here - we left to go to another hotel in the downtown area. The front desk staff at the second hotel told us that people leave the Ramada and other hotels near the airport and come over there all the time. They also told us the Ramada is not safe and there are drugs and s3x trafficking going on in the parking lot there. Do not stay at this Ramada or at any other hotels near Boise airport!

It was pretty sketchy and has a hard time sleeping with the bright light they have on in their back area where you can’t enter but is connected to your back door. I believe the staff live there too so it was a little odd feeling . Random men standing around the area near the club in the hotel. If you like clubbing and drinking and needing to sleep there after then go for it , just not a family place.

There was no hot water. The warmest it ever got was tepid, and too cold for me to shower comfortably. And it was the same with the sink faucet. I mentioned it to the front desk and was told maybe it was because it was cold outside, and that other people had mentioned it. Everything else about the room and facilities was fine.

Disgusting place to stay. Booked two rooms, both had visible mold on the ceilings of the bathrooms. Desk clerk was incompetent and couldn't answer basic airport shuttle questions, a service they offer. We went to a different hotel for the night. They said they would refund my money but it never happened. Expedia advised the could not get ahold of the hotel. Very frustrated....

We didn’t feel safe. There was a ton of suspicious activity going on. Police were constantly there. One lady was telling her children she was tweaking.
Our sheets and pillowcases were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. I tried to call the front desk but no one ever answer
