Ramada by Wyndham Cedar Rapids South

Very safe , quiet, comfortable place with very friendly staff.the younger gal that's Indian with long hair and she's very beautiful and speaks great English is so very helpful and to ur every need or want.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. I love the layout of the buildings. It's clean, quiet, and the staff are more than friendly and always helpful.

Staff were amazing. Very helpful, warm and welcoming. My room was perfect. Mattress, blankets and pillows were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

When I walked in my room there was a used tampon on the floor.

This property is underrated... Great for the price. Friendly staff and much cheaper than other hotels in the immediate area ..!! I stay here two or three days a week regularly.

The quality of the breakfast has declined since the property has switched to Ramada from SureStaybyBest Western.

When we checked in there was a sign that the pool was closed for maintenance. They should let guests know that before booking. We put our luggage in the room and headed straight to the Iowa game. When we got back later on that evening we noticed the smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling. It was too late to say anything so we just went to bed. When we woke up in the morning there was no hot water. We waited about 30 minutes and tried again and it was still just freezing cold water. Not to mention the curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. My boyfriend went down to the front desk to ask what the problem was and no one was around. He thought since they had breakfast out he would grab some juice. Said the apple juice was so disgusting he had to spit it out. When he got back to the room we tried the hot water again and it was still cold so we just packed up and left. We knew while booking this hotel that it wasn't going to be high end but the fact that you couldn't even take a hot shower is ridiculous. Only nice thing I have to say is that the bed was comfortable.

Place is a scam got charged 3 times then said I couldn't stay there

We asked and were accommodated with a first floor room which we were very appreciative of. Room was very comfortable, but a little dirty. No elevators. Breakfast was not so good. No coffee ready for quite a while, sparse selections.

Wish the pool was open and they had more choices for breakfast. I love waffles but something additional wound be great!

Room was comfy no complaints there, but no TV ... we had a young gentleman try to help fix it, but he was new and didn't know how. So no TV... ugh!! We complained in morning and front desk lady didn't know much either. I find out from a couple we are traveling with that they had 2 remotes one for TV And 1 for satellite. Frustrating none of the staff new how to fix it!'
