Checked in and the room wasn’t clean at all. But they assured me the room that I got put in was a mistake and quickly changed it to a better one. Overall, nice stay and well kept up. There’s a nice restaurant and even nicer bar inside as well.

The room was very clean and the stool had a tape on it ssying that it was cleaned and sanitized. The hallways smelt clean and was clean.

It was nice having a lounge on site and other than it was outdated we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful

Stay was fine. Building in need of an upgrade.

There was no hot water. There were broken vending machines and ice machines. The tv only had less than 10 accessible channels and the sensor for the remote was inaccessible. To get breakfast you had to get the voucher in the morning, not when you checked in. Someone was running a chain saw or similar device in the pool area at 2am. There was no coffee creamer or tea.

The hotel was very ran down. They over booked the second room we had and someone walked into my employee's room while he was asleep. There was a cockroach in the shower curtain.

I would love to have given a better review but considering the money I lost and the fact that I didn’t stay here due to a family emergency is why the review is so low

Staff was very accompanying

Not a single ice machine worked, very rude lady at check in.. room was hot as heck!! Vending machines didn’t work, Took money, no merchandise out!! Front desk couldn’t (or wouldn’t do any thing about it) overall.. We enjoyed our trip to Oklahoma, but next time we win stay at another hotel!

Nice at a reasonable price.

The condition of this hotel was awful, the room smelled like cigarettes (we asked for non-smoking) and mold. The sheets on both beds were so grossly stained, that we didn't even bother to look at the bathroom before walking out to request a refund. The manager wasn't there at the time and the receptionist claimed she couldn't process a refund without him. So we left to find a new hotel and asked them to have the manager contact us the next day. The manager called and said they had refunded our stay to Expedia, unfortunately, this turned out to be a lie, they never did send the refund, and would not speak with an Expedia customer care agent after we called them to ask about it. So, I would stay away from this property, especially if you're traveling with children. It was completely subpar and frankly, I was amazed that Expedia would do business with an establishment of such a poor quality. The price was certainly cheap as far as hotels go, but I will most certainly stay away from Ramada's from now on. Also, I may not be pre-paying for my hotels in advance after this experience.

nice service

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was fairly clean but there were some dead roaches in the desk and some live ones scurrying around the desk. I don’t blame that on the housekeeping though. That is an underlying issue that the property management needs to address.

The pool was nice and the staff was responsive but if you don’t care about those things stay at motel 6 and save some bucks.

The free breakfast was just a choice between pancakes & either sausage or bacon, and a sandwich (presumably a breakfast sandwich) with either sausage or bacon. I had bed bugs. The ice machine was broken. The attendant at checkin was minimally helpful, although the attendant at checkout was very helpful. The janitorial staff we also helpful.

False advertisement. We went to enjoy a nice breakfast when the clerk advised me it was close. That the cooks were not there and she did not know when they would arrive. Granted they call it a Restaurant. I don’t know what Restaurant opens whenever they want. Also the clerk seemed clueless of the whole situation she had no answer to none of my questions. So if you go in hopes to enjoy a breakfast might as well make plans to go somewhere else and pay extra.
