Fun waterpark in the hotel, and good restaurant.

Room smelling of a combination of old cigarette smoke and/or mold/mildew which irritated us to the point we decided we needed to either change roFront desk staff did an amazing job of finding our group a suitable replacement room.

The pool area is great

Parking lot was all blocked off closest to our room.. my handicapped father had a hard time getting around the property.

The facility wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be. Check in/out was super easy and convenient doing it online.

The drain in tub wouldn't drain and the TV was pretty small. The mini fridge was very wobbly and the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. Other than that, it was fine. Just felt the overall room didn't not reflect the price I paid. Staff was very great though!

Grandkids loved the pool!

This doesn't feel like a safe place to be. Some patrons are undeniably high while others a re drunk and all are in and around the pool area. Kids are feral. There were kids throwing plastic glasses of water in each others faces. Yes, the glasses from the pizza shop. So sanitary. This hotel is not worth the price. Specifically since we'll all have to get updated tetanus shots after swimming in the pool.

I travel a lot both domestic and internationally and by far this was the worst experience I had at a hotel. The front desk was poorly staffed. The door to the room looked like it had been broken in to by someone a few times which made me feel venerable to local criminals. My room was on the ground floor and the noise I heard from other hotel guests in the hall and in the room next door until 3am proved the bar was the best thing going at this location. The TV in the room did not work and the bathroom area was small and had black mold.

Water park was a blast for the kids. The rooms need updated bad. Not in best shape. they are panting the outside so they are trying. But room need major help.

Bed was very uncomfortable, the shower was moldy, the pool area was very dated.

Good location , But room had issues with wet rug and toilet kept running and noisy.

The smell of mold was really uncomfortable upon entering the building. When we arrived the lady at the front desk had a very unpleasant attitude and didnt make me feel welcomed at all. When we got to the room the carpets were still damp and got my socks wet. The jacuzzy jets didnt work and the door on the side kept falling down and my daughter fell becuase of it. The telephone didnt work. We purchased 2 nights in a suite king side pne bedroom and The tvs are very outdated and small for that type of room. The tvs were small or smaller than a 30 in! They had to send a maintenence worker in to reprogram the remotes. They said they would be back with a new phone but then one they brought didnt work either and said it was an electrical issue. There was mold on the ceiling of the jacuzzi in the bedroom and the sink by the fridge was clogged. My daughter started coughing and complaining about a head ache.

Our room was a great location as we got a poolside room on 1st floor. The room was huge and awesome. Everything worked great except for the door. When you slid your key it stuck and you had to do it like 3 or 4 times. We stayed 4 nights and the arcade and tiki bar wasnt open the first 2 days, which was disappointing, but all the pools, slide, etc were absolutely so much fun, tho the pool was definitely a cold for me. I would definitely recommend and we will be back, just maybe call on arcade, etc for days and hours open to make sure it will be open if you are bringing kids.

First thing I noticed when walking in the property was the lack of ventilation. When you open the doors to the pool area, you are hit with a hot cloud of chlorine in the air. I do expect a warm chlorine smelling room, but this was major. I walked past the pool to go to our room into a separate hallway. The hallway was holding even more hot air and chlorine smell than the pool. The air seems to be trapped in certain spots in the hotel. There is no noticeable ventilation helping to move The air out. Our bathroom had a noticeable amount of rest, you could smell the mold, but I assumed it was wiped off every day. The papers we kept in our room overnight were swollen with humidity. And two days after leaving this hotel, I was sick with a fever and body chills. This place is not safe. It is a health hazard. The less concerning but equally as frustrating part of my experience was the restaurant on site. I was told by the manager that they stopped serving food at 9 PM even though they were open until 11 PM because the night before people didn’t pay their bill. I told the manager this was my first night ever being at this hotel. I would pay my bill and I needed to feed my family. He said too bad we’re not serving food. I explained to him it is bad business to punish tonight‘s customers for a mishap on the staff part the night prior. He got angry with me, raised his voice at me and threw his hands in the air. He was a completely unprofessional way to handle the situation.

No continental breakfast included, elevator broken down, pool hours at desk not correct and it was locked with a padlick

The property is on the older side and it may very well need some sprucing up. The pool area was nice for the kids. What I didn't like was the strong smell of chlorine. And for a Florida girl, the water was too cold for me... :-)

The hotel was a bit dirty. The fountain when you walked in was filthy. It had lots of white residue build up. Looked old and dirty. The pool area was also a mess. The floor had vomit all over and was not cleaned up. It was also very hot, uncomfortably hot. The arcade had trash all over it. The room was fairly clean. However the conditioner bottle was empty and just sitting on the side of the tub, it had fell down, and was just left. The staff checking us in was very friendly and helpful.
