Great place to stay. The man that checked us in was super friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in for some time and the most friendly. I was greeted each time I passed the front desk by name and they were so polite and kind. They asked if I had a good day, and seemed so genuine.
I just loved the staff.

We really, really enjoyed our stay! The employees were very gracious! I only wish that the hot tub had been operational during our stay but, otherwise our experience was top notch!!

Rooms were gross and blankets and sheets had stains on them. No hot tub but said there was when I booked. Pool area was freezing cold. Kids couldn’t swim.

The lady at the front desk was as friendly as a porcupine. Online it showed there is a hot tub in this hotel. I asked about it and she was extraordinary rude to me. I was absolutely appalled at her behavior. This alone ruined my entire view of the rest of the hotel. The point to booking this hotel was for the hot tub to relax in after a long week. We've stayed in this exact hotel before and there was a nice hot hot-tub. I guess not anymore 😕.

We searched for a room on two criteria. Pool, and pet friendly. The pool was empty and it was hard to find any grass that was not covered in feces. Pet owners are not cleaning up and neither is the staff. No waste bags are provided, neither is a trash can. Previous guest left pet food on our carpet that was not vaccuumed up. Mold stains on the back of shower curtain. The new owners are trying to clean up the place but it will be a long road.

After we checked in, we checked sheets and they were dirty like no one even clean the room so we left we did not stay. I guess it’s worth the money not to stay there. I would like a refund.

AC unit was squeaky and loud which kept us awake. Terrible odor in the room and overall felt dirty. The person who checked us in was in pajama pants and simply did not have a good appearance.

The chair in the room was absolutely filthy. Like 20 years of dirt and grime on it. Nearly every piece of linen had a stain of some kind. The bathroom ceiling was cracking. The towels were small and scratchy. There were also a bunch of staples in the bathroom wall, which was super weird.
Despite that, the bed was fairly comfortable, and I did get a decent nights sleep. The breakfast was not well-stocked, and there wasn’t any fruit. At one point a staff person came and put out 4 cups of yogurt when there were 6 people in the breakfast room.

Hot tub was out of order. Public restroom was out of order.
Day staff was not very friendly. Continental breakfast was not very good, eggs were runny and not very hot. Overall, our room was clean.

Should have stayed elsewhere but rooms booked due to weddings and festivals. AmericanInn much better room and breakfast. And the shower was smaller than that on a cruise ship.

Staff were nice and the rooms were clean but the Property was really dated. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Hot breakfast had run out at 7:30am when I came down to eat. 6-9am bfast was supposed to be served.
