The room

Had bed bugs but me up

The place was super dirty, the walls have holes, the walls have holes, the receptionist answered the phone as if she were at home. And the breakfast was poor, I didn't have breakfast, the room smelled bad, the hallway smelled like Indian food.

It was simple to check in and out and also the people was nice there. The rooms were nice. The only thing I didn't like is the room didn't have a fridge or microwave

Hotel was prima met prima ontbijt. kamer was netjes. Hotel ligt wel langs een drukke doorgaande route buiten de stad maar is redelijk makkelijk te bereiken. Diverse eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Je zit zo in Memphis

My booking through your platform, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. I’d like to share my concerns in the hopes of ensuring better quality control in the future. Ambiance Issues: The overall ambiance of the property was improper and did not meet the standard described on your website. Cleanliness Concerns: The room had noticeable stains on the floor and an unpleasant odor, wall sealing paint was falling on the floor making the stay uncomfortable. Poor breafast Experience: The breakfast provided was subpar, both in terms of quality and variety. I rely on Hotels.com for quality accommodations, but this stay did not reflect the level of service I expect. I hope you take these issues seriously and work with the property to address these shortcomings. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and any steps you plan to take.

NEED IRON

it’s not nice don’t stay here if you don’t have to i would have cancelled if i could. room smells like a can of cheap cucumber air freshener, dirty carpet, dusty ac and room it feels so dirty in here and the area is not good and we had to wait 15 minutes to check in

Everything was dirty staff harassed us late at night while we were trying to sleep we ended up leaving early

Internet auf dem Zimmer zu schwach. Frühstück gut. Insgesamt für das Geld war alles gut.

Unsafe around the aera

Staff was very friendly and breaksfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our room had new flooring but needs a little more attention in other areas of the room. Our connecting room had outdated carpet and it as well needs attention on other parts of the room. Our only issue was bugs in the room. I think they need to spray for bugs. There were no bed bugs .

It was better than expected. I was really skeptical but got a good night's sleep.

the bed and shower were clean the rest, not good and no hot water in my room.

My only complaint is couldn't get the a/c to change temps but overall good room for the buck

The room was smelled like mold and the hot water was cold.
