Everything was good except breakfast . They need to pick that up a little bit and improve the person looking after breakfast. He was more concerned about his phone that making sure there was food available .

We stay often. The staff is always friendly. The restaurant food is great, especially the butter chicken. I wish the gym was more up to date and the fire pit outside could be used. I love that I can bring my pets and for the most part it’s quiet. I would love to use the hot tub, but it looks a little sketchy, maybe not quite as clean as I would prefer, but that could just be reflections off the materials used to make it. I have to reiterate the staff is amazing.

The property is definitely dated and in need of general maintenance throughout. Our room specifically the shower was in poor working order, and the toilet seat was in poor shape.

Bed bugs, a wing was closed because. There were three loaded mouse traps in between the joining room doors with big gaps under them. The breakfast was unattended near closing, I had to find waffle mix in the kitchen and reload the dispenser myself. The other food was dried out and crispy.

Nos gustó mucho el trato que nos dio la persona del front desk al tiempo de hacer el check in fue muy amable y muy atenta. Terrible los cuartos muy sucios, las camas parecía que habían puesto las mismas sábanas por días estaban sucias, había demasiado polvo, los baños estaban sucios, las regaderas simplemente se nota que no las lavan, Al momento de querer usar la piscina no nos dejaron usar porque alguien se había echo del baño número dos dentro de la piscina fue terrible y un asco mirar eso dentro de la piscina.

I was not allowed to stay because my expedia account is in my maiden name and my drivers license has my married name on it. Even though i had the confirmation # and all information i was still turned away.
