Hot tub was a little cool for my liking... otherwise, all was good!

I did not like waking up to a tick on my pillow and then finding out that it was a pet room which if I had known we would not have stayed as my other half has severe asthma and woke up several times due having a hard time breathing. This was not a good experience and cannot stop scratching/itching now.

Tv did not work and staff couldnt fix it. Phone dis not work at all. Stains on the bedding. Hand prints on the windows. Stains on the curtains. Holes in the shower floor.

The bathroom light switch is blocked by the hair blower

There was black mold in the first room in the bathroom bathtub what to change rooms

Close to freeway, many restaurants to chose from.

Room was fine. Bathroom is in a terrible condition. Mold everywhere, dirty. I told that we are traveling without pets, but they gave us room with dog smell. Breakfast was good.

It was quiet even though we were right next to the entrance door to the complex. Enjoyed the breakfast which the staff was very good at maintaining.

Always quiet. Housekeeping does a good job in spite of the very old, outdated, and filthy carpet and drapes. Sconce was askew, no charging plugs worked, only one working outlet to charge my phone. Windowsill has extensive water damage. This property is very neglected and seems as though no money is EVER spent on upgrades or improvements of any kind. I continue to stay here when I am in Auburn because it is very quiet, beds are comfortable, rooms are in my tight budget, and it’s close to my family.

Everything was good. A great value, clean and hospitable staff. This will always be my go to in this area.

My shower didn’t work so they arranged for me to use the one across the hall. In general, it seems the property is not being well maintained. Eggs at breakfast bar tasted absolutely horrible.

Staff up front was great spanish house keepers like to talk a lot of smack about customers specially when they think you dont speak spanish no bedding for pull out couch never recieved fresh linen had to use same towels for 3 days no coffee in room very poor lack of room servicing wont stay again

Good check in process. Clean room and quiet. Good breakfast service in morning

The manager checking is was great - thoughtful. The roof needs repair, the backside of the door in our BR had a hole in it - but it was clean, comfortable and we loved the pool and hot tub.

We informed the property that we would be late arriving, just after midnight. The lobby was open, but no one was there, just a sign saying sit down and watch some TV. They arrived after about 10 minutes...

Fair, check in slow. Staff did not know the process however new on the job. Carpets and bathroom tub with stains or dirty, hard to tell as lights dim and with yellow hue. Needs updating.

Just looking for a cheap room for a sleep. Under $100 can’t complain. The Motel 6 nearby was a little nicer but they don’t have a pool. This spot has large pillows if you are a side sleeper you’ll wake up with a neck ache like me. Also my curtains wouldn’t completely close so the Sun woke me at 7 AM.

Nice people in this area. The stragnent smell of old in my special needs room was pretty bad. The air conditioner just made it worse. Air conditioner needs a filter change. The shower had little pressure and dripped all night. Other than these overlookable stuff it was okay.
