There wasnt anything special about the property. Room was older but comfortable. The staff were super helpful and the room stay comes with a free pancake breakfast at the breakfast place next door! Definitely worth the price we payed for the room.

There was a $100 deposit, but they automatically deducted $5.00 for desk services. SURPRISE!!! Both the deposit and subsequent deduction was a complete surprise, neither of which I appreciated. Also, we stayed 3 nights, but our room was not cleaned on oue first full day. That again was a surprise. I will not stay there again!

Roaches in the shower when giving my children a bath. When checking out I Left the room spotless. All trash gone . Beds made. All used towels in tub. Was told I would receive my $100 deposit back but when it came back it wasn’t in full. Then charged me for a stain on a duvet that was not from my room !! Dissatisfying !!!

I liked that it was pet friendly and smoke free, although these regulations were not monitored well. We had to take remotes to office to be taped and several channels had no volume.

I stayed in 337 and it had dirty rags in the bathtub. And the shower curtain was covered in feces. My mom and dad stayed in 141 and dog feces was left in their room. The beds were terrible to sleep in. And the pillows was uncomfortable.

Barking dog in the room next to us was not appreciated.
Please use some paint and clean up the outside of the property, I mean you are in a tourist town.

They could clean up and paint the outside stairs and railing, they need more and better ice machin and the barking dog in the room next to us at 1 am waking us up was not appreciated.
Other than that it's not bad for the price.

Room was clean , we loved that there was no carpet in room. Only complaint is that they never came to empty trash/make beds/switch towels. When we questioned the front desk we were first told that we must have had do not disturb sign on the door which we didn’t , the next day we questioned and were told they were sold out so they didn’t have time, the final day we asked and were told to bring towels to the front desk and they would exchange then also told we could use the broom they had anytime if we wanted too and that there was a large trash can we could put our trash in. Overall our stay was great just don’t expect housekeeping.
