Excellent all the way around. Very nice, clean room. Staff was super friendly. The coffee in the lobby was so good!

The hotel is in a good location for restaurants and shopping. It does need some refreshing. The best thing was the young man who was at the desk. Caesar was so helpful and a true gentleman. Loved talking to him.

We were only staying a night, and got there pretty late. The night desk person was difficult to understand, but was quick about getting us checked in. Despite knowing that I was going to bring my bags in, she didn't tell us how/where to go in to get to our room.

My stay was actually pretty good. The service at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was small but comfortable. It was great for the price. I would recommend it. Only bad thing is the bathroom is VERY TINYYYY!!!!

First room assigned had hair in the bed, second room had dirt visibly all under the of the heater. There was no drinking water available in for guest unless they are members of red roof club. I tried to purchase a water from the desk because the vending machine had none and was told I had to go to the nearest store to get water.

Not the best place to stay if you want comfort and cleanliness. Front desk was nice to accommodate early check in. That was about all the positive things. Hurried in to room because we were heading to a wedding. Room key let us unlock door but then had to use body weight to push door open. Even had clerk help. Got in the room , tripped on the floor board that hadn’t been laid down right. Hurried out the door. Later that night got back in had to ram the door open. Smelled , oh, like CAT PEE. Too late to ask for other room. Coffee in lobby was the weakest ever. Left asap. Oh, bed was comfy! Must have been replaced after cat peed on it! So, no, don’t recommend if you are about this kind of stuff.

Overall, the front desk service was efficient and friendly. The room was in good condition and clean. However, the hallway and room itself had a very musty smell. They were running dehumidifiers in the hallway. There was a lot of rain a couple weeks ago, maybe there was a water leak? I had stayed here a year ago on way to the beach and it was not like this.
