Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was in a great location with numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. King size bed was very comfortable and internet access was great. Very nice stay for the price!! I would certainly recommend!

This hotel did the trick. My wife and I needed a budget minded place to stay for the night and also needed it to be clean and safe. The fact that it was quiet was a bonus as well.

The hotel is close to Buffalo airport which makes it convenient, but it is in a poor condition I think needs more maintenance and be update it, the room was not too clean, also the hallways were dirty. It was not worth the money, if I knew I would it picked a better hotel for the same price, please do not believe the pictures posted because they are deciving.

I really liked the location it was very convenient. Lot's of shopping and dinning options. The staff were friendly and polite. The only thing I could say it could improve it's the water in the bathtub took a while to go down. Overall, it was a great stay !

Very dirty room, door lock was broken, noisy neighbors & we only had a half a roll of toilet paper for two people. Also the TV channels were available. Non English speaking people so even if we were to complain I’m not sure they would have understood us. Overpriced at $250.00 a night plus a $50 deposit that I have yet to see refunded to me. Do not book with this company or you will be sorry.

The room was clean with some newer features such as the flooring and furniture. The soap and shampoo dispensers were falling off the wall, which made them difficult to use. The reason we didn’t enjoy our stay was the verty loud people back and forth outside our room for several hours in the night. It wasn't quiet until almost 1:00 am. Need to enforce sone quiet hours at this property.

Ice machine didn’t work, room chairs stacked up in breezeway, chair setting outside room, people loitering in office area, charging me $100 room deposit after checking in, toilet not working properly, bathroom sink had no hot water. Have stayed there 4 times,not again.
