Great location right by the highway exit. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We drove from Cleveland Airport. Friendly staff! :) Keep up the good work! Mentor is a bigger city just 10 minutes away. Great options for restaurants and grocery stores. Too bad they didn't have a mini-fridge in the room. It would make our life easier, as we had medication that was temperature controlled. We were there for two nights visiting Kirtland's Historic Sites. It was boiling hot outside (July/2025), but the AC worked really well. Ice machine was helpful, but a mini-fridge in the room would make a huge difference. Thanks.

Quick in and out

We stayed for an overnight as we traveled through the area. The best I can say is it suited our purpose. The bed was clean and comfortable. I was grateful for the can of Febreze spray I had in my bag to alleviate the musty odor. It was well situated to get on and off the highway and there were restaurants and coffee shops conveniently located nearby.

Clean and quiet

The woman at the counter checking us in had a terrible attitude. When we arrived there was a man at the counter and he was having issues with his card. The woman admonished him in a demeaning fashion stating she told him not to have the card any where near his cell phone, credit/debit cards, car keys as this would make it not work. A couple hours later, we had this issue and went in for a new card to be issued and she admonished us in the patronizing way. She stated she had been to Iceland and they had told her the same thing so it is all over the world that you cant put your card near these items or it wont work. I can assure you, from traveling many places in Canada, USA and Mexico that this is clearly not the case. Get the card machine fixed but in the meantime, be nicer about it! The woman who helped me with checking out was very pleasant.

The room was in sketchy condition

Dirty bathroom, was told no staff available and no extra rooms. Couldn't even get an extra pillow. Old, dilapidated property. Gross

We stayed here last year for the wine festival and thought it was fine however this year our room was on the side near the highway, so much noisier. Also, upon moving covers on the bed a pair of underwear appeared that was not ours. It became evident that the room had not been properly cleaned.

The “ clean” room had sticky floors. The tub and towels looked dirty, and there were no tissues!

We came in late after traveling 15.5 hours. Air conditioner in room was not working right. The toilet was not cleaned, there was pee and pubic hair on the back of the toilet. I did a quick scrub down with their towels and soap. Thankfully the rest of the room was clean, we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. It was the worst experience I've had for a Red Roof Inn.

Close to highway and 10 mins from where i was visiting.

It was pretty clean. Staff was nice. My only complaint was the smell of the room when entering.

I will never stay at a red roof Inn again. This is the second one I’ve stayed in this week and both were not adequate. This last one had no hair blower no fridge light over the bathroom sink working poorly cracked toilet lid that had been glued back together.

this was an easy stop overnight on a long journey.

A great option in the area!

Love Red Roof, I do not like carpets in rooms.

The commode was not securely fastened and wobbled and banged. Used soap left in the shower. Dried feces or blood on the wall
