Room was clean and overall a very good stay. We were out right by stairs, downstairs and the people above us seemed to love going up and down the stairs all night but once we were asleep it wasn’t that bad. I would def stay here again. The staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful.

As always, we love Red Roof's pet friendly policies and the affordable pricing. But that comes with a cost. This property was very beat and the check-in staff was not friendly. There was some kind of insect in our bathroom. The door didn't fit the door frame very well (you could see a sliver of light from the outside where it should have been sealed). Still, for a short stopover on a long trip it was perfectly fine. Linens were clean. We didn't expect the Waldorf Astoria, and we didn't get it.

The price and rooms were good.

The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. The rooms were dirty, sheets were stained, bathrooms were falling apart and floors hadn’t been vacuumed in what looked like a month. We stayed 2 nights and when we came back on the 2nd day, one of our rooms was still open from when housekeeping game through. Nothing seemed to be missing, but the fact that they couldn’t shut the door was disturbing. We also had to go have the desk reprogram our keys because when we came back, none of our keys worked. Luckily housekeeping left one of our rooms door open so we could at least set our stuff down while I waited for the girl at the front desk to finish microwaving her lunch before she would walk back over to the desk and help me with my keys.

The bed was made with blood stains clearly visible on the sheets. The room was non smoking but the bed covers had cigarette holes throughout. (I have pictures if needed.) Unknown Substances were on each surface of each table and at the bottoms of the cabinetry. The heat was on when we entered and worked well which is very important on a cold day.

Room was okay. Slight odor of mildew and smoke in room prior to our stay. Blinds wouldnt fully close. I also think rooms should be cleaned reallu good especially if you are allowing pets .There should also be a designated area for pets to use bathroom.

Great stay

This was an anniversary weekend so we reserved the room with the hot tub. We arrived an hour after check in starts and were rudely told to wait at least 15 minutes more because they were still cleaning the room. We were tired but waited about 20 -25 to be safe. Walking into the bathroom we noticed a multitude of disappointing concerns in this room. Both exhaust fans and light over the hotub were hanging down lose from the ceiling and when turned on they would tick loudly. We turned the water on for the hottub and it was a very small trickle and took over 20 minutes to get warm. The jet control knobs are dirty or discolored(looks like mold to me specifically). The bed was amazingly comfortable as were the two chairs but the overall experience was disappointing and quite honestly not worth the money spent.

Great stop for what I needed. A small update in the bath hardware and bathroom fan would go a long way.

Nothing was unique. Couldn't charge my phone. Noisy, had to get a room that wasn't apart of the main hotel. Looked like it was run down.

The room was clean. We had no hot water in the shower. It was ice cold. Even though we had the A/C set at 66 degrees it never cooled off in the room. Very hot.
