Disappointing Stay — Would Not Recommend I chose this property based on its convenient location—halfway to our final destination in the Hamptons—and its seemingly good rating. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, the place was visibly dirty. The floor in the open corridor leading to the rooms was stained, and both the shower curtain and bedspreads had noticeable dirt marks. The shower walls also had clearly visible, yellow stains on the porcelain tiles that appeared to be permanent. The ironing board was heavily stained, and the iron itself had burn marks, making it unusable. The bathroom was poorly stocked, with only one and a half rolls of toilet paper and no hand soap or other toiletries. I had to call the front desk to request soap and additional towels—basic items that should have been provided without asking. Shockingly, the front desk staff told us that no towels were available because they were locked up, and the person with access wouldn’t arrive until 8:00 AM the next day. This was unacceptable, especially considering we had made the reservation a month in advance and needed to leave early the next morning for a wedding. Adding to the discomfort, it was difficult to sleep due to a bright floodlight attached just above our window, shining directly down toward the street—and into our room throughout the night. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and poor guest experience.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant but the bedding was atrocious. Semen pee stains and cigarette burns were all over the mattress cover sheets look old and need replacing top cover full of bodily fluid stains and when I reported to the lady at the front desk all she could say was that they were just old stains how disgusting I will never go back to that awful place again

The staff was great very helpful.

Found something stuck in the bathroom sink. TV didn’t work at first. Had to get someone to come fix it. Air Conditioner is quite noisy!

No frills hotel with very comfy beds. close to the beach and NYC. Only shortcoming wasnt the hotel, but finding a place to eat on a Monday night.

When I arrived, which was before the check in time,(after driving 3 hours), I asked if I could get into the room which was completely available as I needed to change, they told me it would be another $40 because it was before 3pm (or $20 cash , which I thought was not professional). I ended up changing in my car and waiting till 3, I will never stay there again

Hot shower. Over all clean. Thin small towels. Long wait at check in with no line.

Initial room was in need of maintenance. Hotel is located amid other building and well off the thoroughfare.

This was in a great location. There was fast food options close by. Every quiet!

Overall clean, but felt very unsafe, TV didnt get signal. Had odd smell, no bed bugs so that was good.

What you would expect from a Red Roof. Cheap, clean good for one night.

It was clean, staff were pleasent.

Staff is great. Lobby needs a public restroom. But I was otherwise pleasantly surprised. I'll come back.

The room i stayed in was quite and clean. The bed could used a new mattress but i still slept well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful so I hate to complain. but the walls and doors of the room were dirty.

It is a clean room, but basic. No amenities (like a box of tissues would have been nice, had to use toilet paper). Bed was comfortable.

It was OK just a quick overnight stay
