Ice machine dispenser not working but the ice freezer was. Hallway restrooms down but we don't use those anyway. Hotel was way cleaner than Super 8.

Stay was fine. But we were desperate and short on money. If you can afford the slightly higher price somewhere else, do that.

Beds were double beds but still small. Second floor smelled like cigarettes. Had thermostat low but didn’t feel cool enough. Beds were comfy though and the guy at the front desk allowed late check out and even called me to see if we needed an even later check out but we were fone by then. That was nice and he even offered to help with our luggage. So that was very nice

Ronny was most helpful and a very pleasant person to work with. Evidently the property is under new management and things have changed. It would be helpful if they had rooms with beds lower to the floor and toilets which would better accommodate the handicap. Most of the areas are not wheelchair accessible. Many thanks again to Ronny!!

Feont desk waa cery nice but hotel waa kind of dirty and in an unsafe part of town w some people just hanging out that disnt even stay there. All around the hotel. Dont be outside after dark.

The desk clerk was very nice. The room smelled very bad, mixture of cigarettes and weed. Rooms small, old, no soap in bathroom, roach crawled out from under fridge, smell of weed outside, not a good area. I didn't stay, left and found a cleaner,safer hotel.

We stayed here last year and thought it was great value for the price. So when we were returning it was natural to stay here again. This time it wasn't as good, very sloppy service at reception and the clientele made us feel quite unsafe. Nothing noteworthy happened.

The address with this email took me over an hour past its actual destination. I had to turn around and drive back 75 miles. I called to verify address and the lady that works nights doesn’t speak English. I kept asking for address only to be offered a room. Very frustrating call. Once I got to the destination which is on I-45 (not I-45 south as stated) parking lot not well lit. Booked a 2 queen room but both beds were full size. Definitely not Queen. Body wash and shampoo dispenser in shower were full but gave very minuscule amount of product. Glad I brought my own body wash. Closet area non existent. No breakfast offered. Pool locked during regular hours/no access for guests. Floors of room dirty. I wore brand new white socks and the bottoms were black within less than an hour. Had to call front desk to change my tv mode. When it was initially turned on it said to view usb contents???? Will never stay at again.

The bed had hair and pee stains all in the bed. The shower curtain had mold on it. The hallways smelled like cigarettes even though it said it was a non-smoking room. We were told we had to take ot up woth expedia since we booked through them instead of the hotel.
