Floor and surfaces were dusty, probably they dont really sweep or mop the floor. We were tired and didn’t request for room change. Bed and bathroom was okay, and clean. Microwave was not working well, power issues. Some electrical cables were exposed on the wall.

Would actually like to come and be recieved as guest. Was told 9 reside yoo clode yo hotel to stay 9ne might alone. Go eat dinner at lulu's and shop at local estanlidhmentd ip downtown recently made nice up off California Street and Bell Shopping Plaza.
Was denied my room upon check in. May 9 pleade het the refund i was promised in person on 3:10pm 12/31/24. I paid with bank card. Asap. Thank you.

The desk staff was really helpful. I went to my room and found it not cleaned or prepared for checkin. The man at the desk immediately changed me to another room and was very apologetic.

This place is quiet and comfortable. Everything is clean and well kept. There is always parking even when the hotel is sold out.
The staff is super friendly especially when we arrive late at night, tired from the drive.
The Safeway across the street is convenient for food and anything you forget to pack. Also has a gas station.
