If I could give it zero stars I would. This review has been a long time coming (from 2016) but I wanted to see if all our problems were ever solved, but they weren’t, so here goes! My friends and I were booking a room (through Expedia I believe) and decided to go with a gorgeous property with PRG. The person who “assisted” us was HENRY FRIEDMAN, and god I hope that man has been fired. First, at 9AM, shortly before we are to arrive, after emailing him with no response, he finally tells us the plumbing is messed up and that they had to change units to a 2BR. We had 6 with our party and I paid more than $1500 for a 2BR with a pullout couch and would sleep all of us. They said there was a twin-sized cot (hard as a rock and no sheets) and that they would reimburse me for the air mattress I had to buy. Finally we get to the place, and it obviously doesn’t fit as many people, but we are beyond that since we brought 2 air mattresses. The worst comes after.
I emailed Henry explaining my anger. He responds extremely rudely and makes it out to be my fault and offers me a $250 refund plus the price of the air mattress (which we never got) & a credit for 2 nights in PHL or NYC. 30 days later, after sending numerous unanswered emails, he says I should get the check soon. 20 days after that and more emails inquiring about the comp nights. I email him 3 months later. I follow up 2 weeks later to which he finally answers. MONTHS go by with unanswered emails. Eventually I give up. Never again.
