The staff was brilliant and funny. They were Very helpful and very friendly people there. The breakfast was amazing! I don't think there was anything that they didn't have other than bacon. Our room was clean and I don't have any complaints.

Good place to stay the night in the way home. Pool area is small, but at least there is one. Room nice and big with comfortable beds. Dining options nearby are not great, but that’s ok. The breakfast was very good. Desk staff was very nice.

Breakfast was great and the staff kept up on making sure the food was stocked. Bed was extremely comfortable but the double pull out couch was very thin. Luckily my 8 year old didn’t care.

Good place to stay the night in the way home. Pool area is small, but at least there is one. Room nice and big with comfortable beds. Dining options nearby are not great, but that’s ok. The breakfast was very good. Desk staff was very nice.

We were initially told the room we had reserved and paid for in September was not available when we arrived at the hotel at 6pm in December (they had given all those rooms away already). I brought up the hotels.com app and it showed they still had two of these rooms available, but the person at the front desk said Hotels.com is not accurate. It took about 30 minutes for the manager to finally give us the room we had already paid for. When we got in the room, the toilet did not flush / fill back up with water and the room was set to cool (in December) so it was likelihood a room that had been set aside for maintenence issues.

The hotel is very clean one abandon car in the parking lot the properties around the hotel look pretty rundown but the hotel was nice and clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Was a very nice experience.

Service was great. Had to go get my room key redone every time I used it. Nothing in there didn’t have a defect. Couch was stained, toilet lid was broke, one shower wouldn’t convert into bath, ac nor heat worked, everything had dents, 2 of the 3 tvs in our room was inoperable. Nothing would get fixed or even acknowledged.

The 1st room I had cockroaches was on my drink at night and took shower at got breakfast the next morning and had baby roaches on my food when I got out too eat it highly unhappy

Horrible experience. Will not go back to a Marriott ever again. Extremely rude staff and filthy conditions. They oversold. Sent us to a ghetto hotel with only 1 bed for my party of 3. There were flies swarming the breakfast display and the server was visibly high as a kite and disappeared all together. When I called customer service seeking resolution they said they didn’t care, literally, told me it was their last day working there and that they didn’t care. So I slept on the floor. Never going back. Oh and we had to pay for parking at this place they relocated us to so that was fun, too.

I will stay here every time I'm in St. Louis! The staff was SO friendly, and that does a lot. It may not have been the fanciest room I've stayed in, but it was clean, affordable, good location, and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was nice for the kids to burn some energy, the breakfast was good, and everything was aesthetically appealing as well. The suite was spacious and had more comforts than I even expected. So pleased with our stay!
