Brand new hotel, everything very clean. There is plenty of community space to chill, including a bar, fire pit, and hot tub. The layout of the studio is great with plenty of room. I literally walked across the street to grab the bus to ski, so very conveniently located.

The Residence Inn by Marriott in Steamboat Springs is a beautiful property with excellent rooms and amenities. The location is perfect tp take the buses to the resort or into town. The rooms are very clean and make great use of the space!

The deadbolt didn’t lock, which wasn’t great and in the shower, there were two containers that said they were shampoo and one that was conditioner. It seems like one of them should’ve been body wash?

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well laid out. Breakfast was a good with scrambled eggs, two kinds of meats (Bacon, Canadian bacon, sausage patties, spicy sausages), oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, etc. Convenient location. Kitchenette is so so, no oven, two burner induction stove top but no frying pan , one steak knife but has good microwave and large ice-making refrigerator.

Overall it was a nice stay. Love the tea and hot chocolate station in the lobby. People above us were very loud which made it less enjoyable. Would not stay here again unless we can get the top floor. On december 31 the breakfast serving lady was rather rude. While the breakfast hours are 6-9am, at 8:30am she kept saying “we are almost closed “ and didn’t want to replenish food. Would be better if parking was included in the stay price.

This hotel is very nice! Beautiful room. Great location. Only bad thing, is Pine Grove Street is VERY LOUD. Take earplugs!!! The traffic was so loud & then the snowplows started about 3:30am. They must’ve made 6-8 trips by the hotel.. the walls are very thin as well. I could hear people talking in the next room clear as day.
