깔끔해보이고 매우 만족스웠는데 한가지 아쉬운 점은 로비나 홀 청소하고 난 후에 청소기에서 나는 퀴퀴한? 냄새가 난다는 것이다.

The condition of the room was poor. The shower drain was clogged and dirty underwear from prior guests were laying in the closet floor. These are basic things that should be checked before new guests arrive. Very disappointed!

Both at check in and check out I stood there with my young daughter for so long before someone actually helped us. I get that people get busy, but this just seemed the hotel didn't staff properly. We ended up getting a room that was close to the outdoor firepit. This was not a good idea. I was woken up at 11pm, 12:30am, and 1:15am by very very loud (and probably drunk) hotel guests. I finally called down to the front desk around 1:15ish, and they said they'd handle it, but the noise didn't really stop until around 2am. Just one of the most unpleasant sleeps at a hotel.

Breakfast food was basically gone around 0730 and not replaced for at least 45 minutes. Not sure why we pay for uncovered, un protected parking when anyone could just pull up and park for free.

We stayed for 4 nights. The entire stay was fabulous EXCEPT-we never had our room cleaned. We reused towels and used our own trash bags for the overflowing trash cans. I didn’t call and complain mainly because I kept thinking they’d do it. So-just be aware if you stay here for a few days, ask about housekeeping at check in.
