Our favorite beach place in FL. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great trip - kudos to Tricia and the Front Desk staff for all they do. Rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is excellent and a nice extra. Pool and jacuzzi are great and the beach is phenomenal. The hotel is clean and modern without being pretentious. Highly recommend!

The food was good in the restaurant. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again.

Great spot on the beach

Property was great, room Was nice and big and clean, staff including valets were great. One downfall is the walls are like paper thing so you hear everything. This morning for example at 5:55am there was a truck backing up with loud beeping for at least 10-15 minutes, followed by a bunch of noise,

What stood out was the service. Everyone was helpful and friendly: the front desk, food servers, cleaning crew, valet, everyone. The guys on the beach setting up lounge chairs, taking food and drink orders, were great. The hotel was clean and the room was clean. The fitness center was spacious and had everything you would need. The cons: valet is like $30/day, and there is a $35/day destination fee. I knew this when I booked but it’s still ridiculous. The breakfast is free but the eggs were runny, no waffles or pancakes, no potatoes. I had dinner the first night at the restaurant and the food was just ok. We ordered Uber eats the rest of the time and took advantage of the kitchen. I did order a piña colada that was delicious! The pool is medium sized and usually felt crowded. The jacuzzi was cold the two times we checked. We went for the beach, so none of this mattered to me and my teenage daughter. We walked to the pier and that is where we found one surf shop and ice cream. There were a few restaurants there too. We walked on the sand so it felt like 2 miles even though the map said 1 mile. It was a nice walk though. There is nothing close to the hotel except other hotels. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If I take a trip with just my daughter, I would stay here again. If my husband and son were to go, I probably would not stay here because of the food and smaller pool area.

Great hotel!

the manager was very helpful but I did have 3 days and nights bubbles were coming out of toilet and wetting floor. I had people pounding at my door at passed 10pm, yelling open up!! Front desk asked me if i called room service!!! Did not get access to bike offered by hotel, no one knew how it worked. Do not think I will return next year.

Beach view with easy beach access. Spacious suite with small kitchen and laundry made it very convenient since we were travelling

Overall, the experience was 4.5/5 stars. Room was okay, was there for 2 weeks and our bed never had a fitted sheet on it which was strange, floor 2 does not have the best view blocked by a palm tree. Staff was awesome, couldn’t be better. Nick down at the beach, Carlos behind the desk and Felipe and Frank at valet. We will be back.

good place to stay, overall 7/10

This beach hotel is a wonderful place to vacation. The rooms are spacious, and most have a partial ocean view. The breakfast is good and worked well for our 12 night stay. The pool area, also has a sandy beach area to sit that is set aside from the big beautiful beach with its own sitting area. The staff is so nice. The hotel needs a refresh but the charms outweigh the need for thus. Our fourth annual visit and hoping for many more.

Average for a Marriott property, nice location on the beach, could find equal for less money

Awesome view and near activities.

The parking attendants enthusiastically got out car- always polite and friendly. The room was kept very clean and the facility in general was quite nice. The night managers at the reception, however, could have been better. I would definitely consider another visit.

My group had an amazing time staying at this property! The view was absolutely beautiful, everything was very clean, and the staff was amazing! You will always be greeted when walking by the front desk and other staff will check on you to make sure you have everything you need. Zoe’s beachside grill had amazing food and drinks. I would’ve ate there every single day if it were up to me. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to that area. Highly recommend!!!!!

Hotel lobby is very nice but the room was dated and layout was very strange/awkward. Getting off the elevator was a shock as the outdoor walkways are very poorly maintained. Ok hotel but not worth the C$400 per night cost. I typically like residence inn hotels, but this one was a let down. I’ll not likely return as there are many new luxury hotels popping up in the area in the next few years.

This was our second time here ! Excellent location, fresh free breakfast every morning, excellent staff ! Very friendly!!! We’ll be back ❤️

Property is run down! Needs a Reno. Not every room had basic items like blankets pillows and garbage cans. Location and beach was great. Hotel breakfast was mediocre and facility fees and valet parking was outrageous. Will not be back as was extremely expensive for a run down hotel.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Great restaurant (Zoe) wonderful staff! David the parking attendant was awesome-super friendly.
