Residence Inn Houston The Woodlands / Lake Front Circle

Muy mal, el cuarto tenía pulgas. Tristemente estos hoteles cada vez limpian menos y aceptan más mascotas, esto es insostenible a largo plazo. Si aceptan mascotas lo mínimo que espera uno es que hagan una limpieza muy profunda y buena.

Está en obra, lo cual es un poco incómodo y no dijeron nada al reservar. Encontramos pulgas en uno de los cuartos, nos cortaron agua un día por la obra, por lo que no pudimos pasar el día en el hotel. Además, pedí que limpiaran el cuarto y ya no los limpian, aún cuando uno lo pide. Ahorita es muy poco recomendable.

The property is under construction

Ants were all over the inside pool area, could not enjoy the hot tub. Room smelled of heavy chemicals and mold. Shower head shot water in a million different directions. Breakfast was fair.

We were treated terribly this time around. We come every year for a soccer tournament. We have been coming to Residence Inn for the last 6 years. This location and the one down the street on Six Pines. Never have I received this type of treatment. Kids are with their coaches at a different hotel so it was just us parents. Patti the front desk clerk threaten to call the cops on us at 7:00pm for listening to SPANISH music on the patio. It was a tiny speaker that was maybe as loud as a oh I would be. She didn’t want to give us any ice, the one in the room was not enough for my cooler that I take to the field with waters. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. The lady the first couple days worked so hard to have all the food out and fresh but they didn’t have milk, half and half, yogurt, and the eggs were watery. Leslie the morning front desk clerk was so kind. Patti and one of the breakfast ladies, not Patricia, were SO RUDE. One time we were there drinking the coffee, the morning breakfast lady was cursing and throwing the trash bag around mad that she was busy and having to do the trash cans. We will NEVER stay at Residence Inn again. We will take our 9 room rental for a whole week elsewhere. There are too many options in the area ti be treated so badly.

We really liked the large room that fit all 6 of us comfortably, and the kids loved the indoor pool. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay in the pool area for long periods at a time because they had almost zero ventilation and the heat in there was pretty unbearable. The room was very outdated and needed lots of deep cleaning, but the staff was so nice and the breakfast was great. The location was great as well!

Staff was great. The property was under construction while I was ther (so will likely be nicer in the future) but I received no discount for the inconvenience. Also, there was a garbage truck that came early every morning and the beeping was super loud in my room and woke me up.

The stay was great, the hotel is in a quiet area walking distance from the shopping mall. The room was quite spacious and the kitchen was great since I cooked my dinners there. The only thing is that room service is every other day and they didn’t come once. They came the day I was checking out even though I let them know a couple a days beforehand they could keep a better tracking system on which rooms are up for cleaning.. The staff is super nice.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit of a problem because the lot was full, so we had to park at the property next door.

really liked that the room I picked fit all the people that I invited for this trip and I didn't have to get multiple rooms.

When check-in is prompt and without issues, it's good!

Pool was dirty, hotel staff were the best!

This is a very tired property that badly needs renovation. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was in poor condition. Several light bulbs were off, one of the bedroom carpets had a huge rip and there was a dead roach in a bedroom. The lights in the parking lot did not work and even though the general area is very safe, one felt unsafe walking on the property grounds. The breakfast was fine and check in service was acceptable in friendliness and speed. Definitely do not recommend this property as there are so many other hotel brands around with newer modern facilities

Dont like the aircon is located next to the bed, the noice is amazing high. Coming back no I don’t think so

It was wonderful to have a comfortable living space for our family during out stay.

Way better than expected. Pleasantly surprised.
