River Bend Inn

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing!

Bed was lumpy and the mini golf next door played music all night long with a very bright sign. Possible weed Vape pen or actual weed smelling the place. Everyone we talked to was nice. Good location. Walk to a lot of things. Good view of the Smokey’s.

Stayed for a weekend for the wife’s birthday. Pretty good room. Too cold to use the balcony but it had a great view of Pigeon Forge. Indoor pool area was small, open, and right next to an outside door so although it was inside, the outside air blowing in when the doors opened didn’t really allow for swimming. Location was great, however. Right in the middle of the strip. Less than a mile or two from nearly everything in Pigeon Forge. We had a great stay and would absolutely return, especially for the price!

For the cost, it’s a good value.

Room has a heavy smoke smell. Star worksheets put us in above room and we had to fight for a refund.

Loved the location, cleanliness and the view/access to the river . It was super easy to park , check in and staff was super nice . We could walk to grab meal. Only complaint we were not impressed with the breakfast but it was free so not even a real complaint.

Absolutely loved our stay

This hotel is absolutely a gem! The whole place including the room is squeaky clean, beautiful plants and cute sitting area above the pool. The staff was so friendly and greeted us whenever our paths crossed. The sunliner diner is the next building over which a huge plus! Very close to walk to the the Christmas place store as well. The room view was beautiful and easy parking available.

While this property had rooms that are a bit outdated they were very clean. This is in a good location to walk to some of the local eateries and attractions. There was a sweet older lady working the front desk. She was cute and sweet.

The pictures were overstated. We had a standard size King room but it did not have a love seat, only a chair. We were going to offer our little one the option of sleeping on the loveseat or in the bed with us. The breakfast was lacking. There was no fruit, no waffles like in the picture. They had powered eggs, strange sausage, one kind of mini-muffin (lemon poppy one day, banana nut the next day), loaf bread for toast, 2 kinds of cereal but out of the third kind, milk in a thermos that ran out, packets of oatmeal and grits, no yogurt the first day but had some the second day, frozen biscuits and sausage gravy in a crock pot. The juice and coffee were good.
