It was plenty nice for a one night stay and the location. We will be back!

Front desk insisted I pay before I arrive due to being sold out. Toilet ran all night. My daughter could feel springs in bed. It did have a working fridge and AC.

Service was Good, the room definitely could have used a better basic cleaning but everything else was Good.. The pool is Nice & Beautiful !! Everyone was friendly. & The Restaurant Gators Cove is absolutely awesome!!!

Nice area. Rooms are clean

The staff was kind, but this property is dirty and rundown. The refrigerator was leaking water. The light fixture and heater didn’t work. I saw a cockroach within 5 minutes of being in the room. There is a chair with tons of stains on it I absolutely would not sit in. The paint is chipping off of all parts of the exterior and some parts of the interior. There was a wax on the floor that was dangerously slippery. It never seemed to dry. I almost fell and spent the time to try and wash it off a dry the floor so I didn’t hurt myself. There was dirt and grime in almost every nook and cranny. If I had time I would have left and found a different place to stay, but I was in an enormous time crunch so slept fully clothed and didn’t use the shower. It did smell nice and there were plenty of clean towels.

The room was adequate. The bed was clean but the room was in need of updating. The carpet was kind of gross. I think a lot of the rooms are long term residents. It was conveniently located and the front desk staff was amazing.

Even with a restaurant they did not offer any kind of breakfast only coffee in the room which was terrible. Pool was ice cold and even though the room was clean I had to kill several roaches

Room was dirty, smelly, didn’t feel safe.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. We stayed under 30 minutes before we checked out and found another hotel. Unsafe, damaged and had police parked in the parking lot watching my the property. Most rooms had people living in them with people coming to the door trying to sell something. I would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy especially for $177 a night. We also found Many things left from prior occupants including hair, various stains and peep holes being stuffed with paper.

always a friendly place to stay. it is nice to see that they are working on updating a little...it will be even better!

The only issue that I had was the carpet was wet

We had a good stay, the rooms have been remodeled and looked like the pictures. The pool area also is very nice, some parts of the Inn are still being updated, so ot looks unfinished overall, but we really appreciated the updated areas and rooms and it's in a great location, right next to the Wildlife State Park and appreciated a restaurant on site as well.

The restaurant Gator Cove at the hotel is very nice and has some specialties.

It was good until the bar closed and the drunks was out side my room mouthing each other

Great place

We liked the room and love the lady at check in desk, she is so friendly, compared to the other ones. The only thing I didn't like we was close to the bar and there was a lot of yelling and bad words being used. Made it a little hard to sleep.
