직원들은 매우 친절하였고, 저녁 어두워질 무렵 바닷가 모래밭에 피워주는 장작불은 추위를 없애주는 것뿐만 아니라 아름다운 추억쌓기에 많은 도움을 줍니다. 연인이나 부부의 완전한 휴식을 위한 여행에 적합한 호텔입니다. 전날 밤까지 신청을 받아, 아침 배달되어지는 breakfast basket은 색다른 경험이었습니다.

산책하기 좋은 정말 부가 좋은 리포트이다. 페블비치와도 가까운 편이고 빌라형태여서 가족여행에도 적합하다

Oceanfront resort, was a great place to stay after visiting Big Sur and other parks along highway 1.

Got food poisoning from the onsite restaurant. After informing the staff they were very hesitant to help with bringing water, tea or any easy request asked. We had to check out at 11a.m that day and while attempting to endure the sickness the staff shows up at 8:30a.m to see have us leave and again about an hour later. It’s kinda funny because I called the front desk around 8a.m to request any help and to have a late check out to make sure we could drive home safe. The first night was great but after that it went down hill, don’t expect any help from the front desk if you need anything from them. Very unhappy, with the situation as this was a place a really enjoyed staying in the past.

Romantic place to celebrate my birthday w/my husband of 45 yrs, & my loving furbaby. We enjoyed each other as well as the resort setting. Loved the view of beach & ocean directly outside r patio. Very cozy room & enjoyed fireplace & smores at beach fire pit.

I had been here 6 years ago. The remodled rooms , the front desk manager were all refreshing and welcoming. I loved sitti g by the fire pits on the bluff relaxing and listening to the ocesn

The location is beautiful and it’s a dog friendly hotel which is why I chose it. The staff was friendly and generally helpful. The Salt Wood restaurant was delicious and they had a menu for my dog. The room was spacious, designed well and had drink and snack offerings included. I loved that it had a fireplace, large soaking tub and shower. Unfortunately, the shower didn’t drain well and the bed mattress had very little support. It was way too soft and I woke up with back pain. 1 of the 2 reading lights and an electric plug next to the bed didn’t work. I was in a bottom level suite and could hear quite a bit of noise from the people above me, as well as when the room next to me opened and closed their door. Lastly, the EV charging was misleading. The app said the rates were set by the hotel and offered free overstay charging from 12am-9am, with a 1 hr grace period. When I unplugged my car at 9:30am, after charging overnight, I was charged for a 30 min overstay. The front desk receptionist stated that the EV company set the rates and I would have to contact them to dispute the charge. I explained that the app said the hotel set the rates. She seemed confused and said she would relay the info to the manager. The lobby is very welcoming with a spacious seating area, fireplace, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and fruit available 24h. The issues I had were manageable, I would be happy to stay there again.

My stay was very lovely. I did have to leave a day early due to a storm taking out the electricity indefinitely. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I will for sure be back

I just wanted to get away to a peaceful place & rest. This hotel was exactly what I dreamed of. Beautiful location. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They are very pet friendly even providing your pet with their own bowls and menus! I had an Ocean View Suite. Fireplace, comfy bed, room service, delicious food, yoga, jacuzzi and the room was cleaned daily which was nice. I will definitely come back for more!

Such a tranquil well appointed hotel with fantastic views of the sunset over the water. We loved that they lit up several fire pits at Sunset every night. Such a treat! We definitely plan to return.
