Large, clean rooms. Happily surprised- was hardly in room so was a great value compared to other rooms here - nice bfast room too can get toast, cereal & juice in a.m. before heading out. Head over to the pier - drive right on, first 90 mins free. Then next door at the SB Harbor is the SB Waterfront walkway around the harbor.

One night stay, reasonably priced. Got in late, ok parking, felt safe. Friendly staff at night & in the day. Cute breakfast area not too many choices, basic continental options. Thin walls is my only complaint but its an older inn. Could hear others outside walking by & the people in both rooms on either side of me. Family & kids crying in one, and someone on a work call in the other. I left an item behind, it was easy to recover & have it returned via mail after I sent a prepaid postage label. It was packed well & sent right away. Thank you

Carpet in bathroom was soaking wet, shower was clogged, air filter on air unit was filthy. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable.Room downstairs was noisy til 2am. Breakfast was all high carb junk food, no eggs. They did have good fruit and coffee though but don't microwave their coffee cups because they will catch on fire. You'd think they would warn their guests. Room did have fridge and microwave which was nice. Overall, for the price I'd advise staying somewhere else.
