시설을 깨끗하고 잘 유지되고 있어요. 그러나 일부 시설은 낡았고 물 수압은 약하고 스텝들은 친절하나 별로 도움이 되지는 않아요. 천장이 낮아 방에 머무는게 다소 답답하고 수영장은 좁고 그 주변 시설이 쾌적하지 않아요. 무엇보다 아침 점심을 아무것도 호텔에서 먹을 수 없으므로 줄서서 아침부터 나가야해요. 이게 싫은 사람은 정말 싫을 듯 해요. 2박에 3백 사십 가까이 줬는데 도대체 이렇게 왜 비싸야 하는지 모르겠어요. 저녁 메이드서비스도 없고 .. 포터도 없고 .. 그냥 부틱 호텔 같은 서비스일뿐 실망입니다.

LOVED this hotel! Loved the large room. It was close to Duval Street and many attractions. There is a deli across the street that you could grab drinks/snack. There was also an ice cream food truck that was across the street as well. Lobby attendant/concierge was absolutely wonderful! The water, muffins, Dove bars, and chocolate squares everyday was a surprising little bonus.

The stay was good. But manager was very difficult to deal with during check in and especially check out. Our 3 year old daughter stubbed her toe on a piece of furniture so badly it tore her nail off so we asked for an hour late check out, which was denied. We scrambled around all morning getting to CVS, dealing with our daughter’s injury. The manage and staff called and came by the unit, hovering around to make sure we were leaving. We ended up leaving at 11:35am, thirty five minutes late. After we left I noticed a $75 late check out fee on the invoice. After a 10 minute, spirited conversation with the manager, she refused to waive the fee. Mind you this was our 3rd spring break here in a row, totally upwards of $15k. So the $75 fee felt like a slap in the face. Unfortunate ending to our spring break.

Amazing resort with excellent location and amenities! Loved the pool and happy hour and proximity to great restaurants! Room was also very spacious and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come stay again!

We took my dad here for his 90th birthday. The trip was all about him and he loved the resort. We were able to borrow a wheelchair from the hotel, and the accessible room worked out perfectly. They also had a lift chair to get him in the pool, but we didn’t take advantage. The staff were very accommodating, and the resort is quiet but close enough to the riff raff on duval st. Highly recommend this resort!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool area was great, small but never crowded, and there were always chairs available. We enjoyed happy hour snacks one night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at the property itself. However, we were treated very rudely at the sister property when we tried to get chairs and an umbrella at the beach. It's clear they cater to their own guests above the guests at Santa Maria Suites. Since there was no availability, we ended up driving to a state park with a beach, at an extra cost. The nightly service which provided ice cream bars and delicious muffins was a fantastic bonus! The property and facilities were very clean, but we never had our bedrooms cleaned or towels replaced. (Fortunately, we were able to get clean towels at the pool area.) The housekeeping staff got to our room each night around 5:30-6:00 pm as we were arriving back from daily activities and getting ready to go out for the evening. We asked if they could come back and they said they could, but they never actually did. We stayed 4 nights and never had our rooms cleaned. Thankfully, it was very clean when we arrived and we kept it clean. But, we have traveled a lot and I found this very unusual. Around the middle of our stay, as we were passing through the lobby, we asked to have our rooms cleaned, but it just never happened. Regardless of this, we enjoyed the property and its location.

Great stay. Service was top notch and location is great. Key West is incredibly walkable. Pool was wonderful and the restaurant Milagro was great.

The rooms are spacious and quiet. We had a few issues with our room. The stove hood didn't work and there were a couple of bulbs out. The maintenance guys came right away but they couldn't fix the stove hood. Also the TVs in the rooms need to be updated and the living room furniture needs to be replaced. The lobby where you check in could also use a facelift. Overall the hotel is comfortable and clean but I really do hope they plan on making updates.

What a lovely place to stay in Key West. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We really had everything we needed. Beautiful property and beautiful pools. And it was in a perfect location. Walkable to everything. We will definitely return next time we come down to Key West

Motile at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. The resort is on the quiet end of the island, which was nice. This was our second stay and hope to return. Great place.

The place was clean, quiet and safe. Easy parking nearby for additional cost.

Incredible family stay with our 3 year old. Loved everything about the location, staff, service. Clean as can be! So accomodating. The restaurant on site, Milagro was amazing but closed earlier than others (9pm) we had great drinks there. Loved the fruit at the pool and frozen drinks. What a wonderful place to stay.
