The woman at check in was rude and unprofessional. The first room we were given had dirt on the floor, stained sofa and mattress, and toilet paper in the toilet. When we reported the issues to a gentleman at the front desk which I believe his name was San he was helpful and assisted us to a different room. The second room the bedding was clean, but there were dust bunnies on furniture and door jam between adjoining rooms. The was a public hair on the toilet and black mold on the door jam between the adjoining rooms. The window was dirty as well making it opaque. If we hadn’t traveled so far we would have left. The whole resort had dirty carpets. Many of the advertised amenities were unavailable such as the arcade. The resort and rooms were not as described online, felt miss led. The resort is also under construction which we were not made aware of before booking. Also there are fruit flies throughout including the Lantern Restaurant.

The property is beautifully situated right on the water. Indoor pool was great for the kids!

It’s a great view…. That’s about it. They willfully are falsely advertising cable on their site and that if all travel partner sites(Travelocity, Expedia etc). They don’t have cable what they have is rabbet ear antennas essentially or todays version of that which is digital antennas. Their own maintenance guy came to our room and told us that they are fully aware they are lying by saying they have cable, he said he’s even asked them to take it down. On top of that, the window in our rooms broken, the top sash falls down with almost no way to get it back and locked. Half the property is under construction, by a crew who OSHA would love to find. Parking lots filled with screws and nails, not to mentions tens of thousands in materials. As a project manager myself if I ever let a site look like I’d be fired and fined in an instant and for good cause.Travelocity is also a willing participant in this lie. After calling them, it’s clear they don’t care about customers or making sure they don’t have false info on their site as well. Good on you Travelocity. No one needs to take just my review, feel free to check out all the bad reviews on google. This hotel should absolutely be shut down while the constructions being done, which would give them a great opportunity to properly train their staff who are all lacking professionalism.

It was raining and cold all the days we were in, no one’s fault. The bathroom could be cleaner and some areas need some renovation. The arcade was not working. An indoor game room for families could be a great addition to the place. Food was good and staff were friendly

Check-in was lovely. We booked the ocean view room and were disappointed that the windows could not open. More annoying was that the ocean view Included what appeared to be anIncluded what appeared to be a staff , based on all of the cigarette stubs we saw the man constantly smoking cigarettes. The restaurant menu didn’t have prices and with the overall impression we were getting from the hotel just chose to skip dinner. Not the romantic getaway we had planned.

I resent 2 rooms for 2 nights being charged $50 per night “Resort Fee “ $200 for beach, towels etc in OFF SEASON- complete fraud plus nothing else is hardly even open. JUST BE HONEST. GREED.

Was here for the weekend for a wedding. Nice location Good stay

Every staff member we encountered was very nice, professional, and accommodating. Pool was clean. Stairs and hallway leading to the rooms needs more attention with cleaning. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom wall needed some spot cleaning. Overall we were happy and would stay again, was a good fit for a family with young kids.

In Falmouth on business and wanted a hotel with restaurant and fitness center. Sea Crest is off the beaten path and very quiet in February, but had nice large clean rooms and a restaurant with great food. I highly recommend the half chicken.

I stayed off season for a work trip. Restaurant was good, right on the water. Good location. Indoor and outdoor pool. Gift shop. Steps from beach.

Friendly staff. We did find the breakfast $21.00 was pricey for scrambled eggs and pork sausages , bacon buffet. Expected pancakes at least as a side.

Our stay was accomodating for 1 night. Hotel needed work as far as stairways , hallways, doors entering into the rooms looked pretty worn. Most of our guest were located in out building #3. We were in the main building. We asked if we could change rooms to building 3 and were told no rooms available. We found out though in visiting the other guest there was rooms available and 1 of the guest had issues in there room and had to switch to another room in building 3.

We stayed for a local event so it was great to be so close. We got a nice room and the pool was great for the kids.
